The walk from the parking lot to the hotel can be difficult while dragging suitcases. There are no pedestrian pathways so you have to walk through car traffic and between parked cars. Not thought out very well. I suggest you always use valet parking if it’s available.

The location - near the ocean other attractions. Room wasn’t clean (bathroom sink and mirror were very dirty upon arrival, and there was trash under the bed, sand in carpet). Although I signed up for wi-fi in the room, it never connected for me (even with staff help) and ultimately I gave up trying. There were homeless people wandering the hotel parking area both days we were there - didn’t feel like a safe place to park our car or walk.

Good location at the north end of town. Clean, slept well and they allow dogs. All in all a good place if you are in this area.

Fantastic stay. We were so confused why the rating for this property isn’t much higher. Near perfect in our opinion and amazing for what we paid. Everything was top notch especially the center courtyard and rooms. It’s a short walk down to the beach. It’s a short drive to Main Street but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Just a few minute drive to the harbor for boats to Channel Islands. Paying for parking but that’s to be expected so close to the beach- esp state beach with vehicle entry fees.

Clean, good location. The room AC wasnt working well. They hold the AC in the rooms at 74-76 degrees even if you set it low. We had a hard time to sleep the whole night, it was so hot in the room. The pillows are too flat, i had neck pain. Then the hotel is not properly guided for room numbers, its very hard to find your way to the room and out, corridors look same and no proper signage of room numbers, with elevators hard to find on floors. The staff at the restaurant wasn’t too friendly, they took forever for breakfast order and then forgot 2 orders for the table. When asked, they made up a story that our order was special and taking longer. Its just simple breakfast!

For the price u pay the room was okay beds are terrible , air conditioning doesn’t work to great, and one ply toilet paper. We wont be back

The staff was friendly during our entire stay. Hotel is located conveniently to multiple eateries and walking distance to the beach.
