Nice check in, room as expected

Stayed here for a concert at the Ventura Music Hall, which was right across the street. Room was clean and the staff was nice. Will stay here again for future concerts.

I specifically requested parking and when I got to the hotel no parking was available. I had to park almost a block away on the the busy main road. The staff was not helpful and said parking is not guaranteed. Just be aware there isn’t enough parking to accommodate all guests.

This is a very clean and quiet budget hotel near Main Street shops & restaurants in Ventura. This is a no-frills, family-run small motel that has been nicely renovated. The beds are clean and comfortable, service is attentive, and you can get a clean and quiet room for 1/3 the price of brand-name motels. Good parking and Wi-Fi, TV & A/C. The welcome mats in front of each room door need to be replaced. They also need better quality toiletries and softer towels.

Friendly staff greeted us. Had a great comfortable room and wonderful night sleep. Able to park right out front. Nothing
-
Two beds I saw a roach in one of the beds.
-
We got a room in the back that was very quiet. Loved the quiet Light outside our room couldn't be turned off.
-
Awesome staff, free upgrade and clean room.
-
Great location, nice comfortable room, and it was a relaxing atmosphere. N/A

For the price, excellent value. Limited parking; had to park on the street a block away.
-
Additional curtains would be great, that let daylight in but block the view from outside!
-
From the outside, it looked like a typical inexpensive motel. But inside it was clean. It was a small room but had what we needed for a couple of nights. The staff was very nice.
-
Not cheap and a very basic room on the street. Noisy but expected on the road it was lovated

Easy to find. Very very limited parking in the back about 8-100 spots. Shower drain smelled so bad like sewer and water took 10 mins to heat up. Not the cleanest but not a dirty bathroom. Window screen was broken. Dusty lamp. Property needs remodeling. Also they charge 25 for early arrival and watch out with your deposit. Apparently he didn’t know who would refund me via credit card if no one was in the office. Don’t forget to ask them before you leave property. I’m not coming back here u fortunately.

The rooms are quite nice, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy and you don’t hear the rooms next to you. Close to downtown Ventura; walking distance to many dining options. Add the helpful staff and you’ve got a great stay.
-
Very large room with full kitchen. Nicely remodeled. Could use some deep cleaning.
-
The motel is close to the Ventura Music Hall. The parking not enough parking spaces.

We stayed in the room for 2 nights and came away with a great impression! The room and bathroom both had a fresh, recently renovated feel. On our second day, housekeeping even came by to make up the bed and refresh the towels. Fairly spacious, with a fridge and microwave included. Cons At one point we took the last spot in the parking lot, and another car arrived after us — not sure where they ended up parking... The soundproofing leaves something to be desired.

Street was noisy

Amazing customer service and room Parking was a bit difficult at first because its such a small space and specific way to park in the back.
