The renovation is great from the outside and the staff was great. The price was affordable & reasonable. Location was great. Lots to do in surrounding area within walking distance and the area was much safer than people led me to believe! The bed was so comfortable!!! Water pressure was a hit. Temperature control worked great. The couch/chair was falling apart & a bit gross. The finish in the tub & fittings were rotting away, so we chose to not use the tub. The bathroom curtains were stained. The toilet lever was not working properly. The dish-ware in the kitchenette was disgusting. The fridge smelled. The floor seemed a bit dirty. The linens weren't great, but the towels were especially crusty. Only one tiny trash can. The tv screen was cracked.

However, the parking lot is very small and was littered with trash. The icemaker did not work on fridge, no dish soap to wash dishes, and the microwave was not cleaned from previous use. Its a shame because the room was nicely remodeled and furnished, but the parking lot and stairs were unkept with contruction debris and trash.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, even though we had arrived way after checking hours. The property was very well cared for and nicely designed for kitchen was a blessing. Shower pressure was amazing beds very comfortable. Definitely be staying there again. Ceiling fan didn’t work but is being handled

Overall, our stay was cozy. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. The small kitchen area was well organized, utensils were provided which was useful as well. The shower in the restroom was very nice and everything worked efficiently. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this motel. The staff was helpful and the stay was a good experience.

The king bed was relatively comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was decent. These were the only saving graces relative to our stay. Check in was through a bullet proof window that was like working through a hole in the wall. This was supposed to be a king bed nonsmoking room, but the first thing that hit us when we opened the door was a strong cigarette smoke smell. The place completely reeked to the point that we almost left. I woke up feeling like I had smoked a pack of cigarettes myself. Beyond dated, cabinet doors falling off their hinges, super noisy A/C unit on the wall, poor lighting and a toilet that clogged after the first used. All this for $180! I would have been disappointed at half that price.
