So if they judge a book by its cover and they give you a dirty room just because of what you look like I was fresh out of the hospital then that's pretty sad online pictures must be AI I scrubbed the floors and I helped him out with scrubbing a little bit of the walls as well because I needed a sanitized area cuz I just got out of the hospital I have a 5-year-old son who likes to get into everything touch everything put his mouth on random places so yeah I'd be sure that everything that we came in close contact with was clean because it was awful I picked a non-smoking room and I got a room that smelled strictly like an ashtray. It was quite sad and an awful experience oh and by the way they have a strict no guest policy apparently I have an autistic son who needed a ride to school the following morning I had one person drop off his car seat for me and another person pick him up for school and they made this big ordeal they weren't even going to let me rent the room for one day Everything but the location. No one likes a dirty room that smells like assstray

Did not receive any breakfast. Was not advertised that breakfast was included. Rude customer service. Toilet broken No phone in the room.

They responded quickly when the tv wasn’t working and solved the issue. Room was dirty and smelly. Management was stingy with amenities; soap, no shampoo, towels, etc. The no smoking hotel was thick with weed smoke which they didn’t address.

Nothing! I had to call Booking customer service to complain about the facility. I had requested a lower level room due to the equipment I had to take to my room. No accommodations were made even after the request was confirmed. The room was complete dirty with spider webs in the entry way. The microwave was not clean and had evidence of previous use. Not happy and would never stay at this location again. The caretakers do not speak English and had their 15 year old son act as facility manager to explain the mess up to me

The only thing I could say that I liked was that it was quiet. The toilet hardly flushed, the wifi did not work at all, and the bed was hard as a rock. It was uncomfortable and hurt my back. There were no bedside table lamps which I've never experienced before. What hotel/motel doesn't have a bedside table lamp?! So, I had get up to flip a switch on the wall to have any light in the room. The bed and sheets were relatively clean but the sink wasn't. Also, there was a hole in the door just haphazardly taped over. For $100+ a night, there shouldn't be a taped over hole in the bathroom door. It was honestly a real dump. I won't be staying at Rodeway Inn again. I've stayed in Rodeways before but this was abysmal. Never again. 3/10 would not recommend.

It's super close to the beach, to the music hall, and the fast food stores I would have liked some travel-sized shower essentials
