I was not expecting high end accommodations, just a clean cool place to sleep for a night. The exterior grounds are nice with seating areas, lush plantings, and fountains. The room was very musty smelling, and the air conditioner could not keep the room cool.

The parking was not great even though you have to provide information about your car. Had a hard time finding a spot when we came back from late dinner

Establishment small enough to be private and intimate but the rooms big enough to provide all the space necessary for two people.

The property at first seems like a very cute property. Close to downtown Vero Beach. The beach was a short walk. We found bedbugs. The rooms need to be a fumigated and carpet removed.

I liked this place. Nothing fancy, but reasonably clean and few minute walk to the beach and good restaurants. I wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Property was nice! It was a little loud by the pool at night and our room was directly in front of pool. Not really a property problem

It was nice place, good location, they had a computer system down so I had to pay next day, which was actually ok. Only thing was that I had to wait until someone helped me to find the key to the room and I was guided o et the phone. Nobody is working at night there. But over all, I am ok with the stay.

Walking distance to the beach & restaurants , friendly staff The bedsheets & pillow cases were crumpled & there were few stains in the pillow cases. We think that the the sheets & pillow cases were only straightened out from previous occupants

Love the location - walk to beach, shops, and eateries. The atmosphere was as expected. We were looking for a Mom & Pop feel from earlier days, and we got it. There were some mechanical issues, like a long wait for hot water and a slow-draining tub. All minor, but the internet did not work for our 2-day stay, and I think management will probably sort that out. Otherwise, quite enjoyable with a laid-back feel. Would stay again.
