A great stay, especially given the reasonable price. Rick was very thoughtful and helpful to me over the phone. I’ll be back for sure.

The property was well located, tastefully restored and decorated. A very short walk from Duff green mansion where breakfast was served in the most beautiful dining room with table setting fit for royalty! A fascinating and informative look around the house was included after breakfast. Free parking in car park behind property. Very good value for money. We stayed in the Elvis themed room which was again beautifully decorated. Huge bed with steps up to it. Lovely bathroom. Negatives were the squeaky mattress, floors and doors.

It was awesome: Quiet, comfortable, clean. It was so much better than staying at a hotel. We will be back. My husband acting up.

Very charming guest house. Called the number given, but noone answered, it took awhile for someone from the main house to call us back, when we arrived to get codes to let us into the guest house when we arrived. Went to have breakfast, but could not get anyone to come to the door and let us in, so we went somewhere else.

Interesting facility, very nice formal breakfast including historic tour. All was good.

Clean room. Low water pressure. Located in a neighborhood, no security. Breakfast was not until 830 and you had to go to a different location for the restaurant

Comfortable room, but no elevator. Coffee and water onsite were good. The property was advertised as having breakfast, but we had to take a walk down the street to the mansion to eat. No elevator - stairs should’ve been advertised or disclosed. I am 70, and lugged quite a few bags up from the car.

If you’re looking for a real historical place to stay, this is it. Very well maintained..bathrooms in our building, Halpino, was excellent..all redone. Bed very comfortable, floors creeked but very old building. Breakfast was at another building you could walk too. Was excellent and fancy. Was in a further area from historic downtown but easy drive. Historic it is perfect for Vicksburg.

We would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience!

Breakfast was excellent and service was friendly, efficient warm smiles. Nice cool morning so no need for AC or heat. Comfortable air.

Property was excellent. Clean room and shared space. No hand towels or shower gel.
