Clean room. Quiet. Good amenities including laundry. Helpful staff.

Our stay was okay until the next morning when my husband got upland went into the bathroom. He was "attacked " by a large cockroach. We knew then we would never stay here again.

Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc

Reception staff a young lady called Britney was really friendly and polite Room was spotless and had a small kitchenette fridge etc ( although I didnt use it) Very near to lovely rooftop bar and historic sites Nothing

Rooms OK, water mixer shower made it hard to shower. Elevator was out part of the time. TV remote did work. Exterior very run down…

Upon arrival the man on duty was friendly and attentive. Sometime during the night the staff shuts off the elevators, locks up the lobby, turns off the phone system. Keep in mind this hotel does not provide any room phones or any way to report any emergency. Being a mobility disabled Veteran placed on the 5th floor with only 5 flights of stairs to reach ground level in the event of any type of emergency really upset me. This is a blatant safety issue. Had I known this prior to check in I would have stayed elsewhere. The woman on duty at check out couldn't have cared less upon hearing my complaint. I asked her if she even cared and she just continued to ignore me. I hope no one dies because of this hotels policy of locking the doors and shutting down the elevators and phone systems.

From the coutside and getting to the location, we were a little worried but room was clean and inviting. Not a 5 star iobviously, but after we did a little search, we found a great little rooftop restaurant right around the corner.

There was black mold in our room/bathroom that you could both see and smell. The bed was clean, but terribly uncomfortable.

It was a great value for the price.\n The rooms were spotless plenty of plums for all your phones and tablets and all that stuff very clean, very nice, reasonably priced near downtown, I wouldn't hesitate to use it again or go there again and the lady in charge was extremely nice and helpful, a great place to stay and recommended to all travelers. Our room had a sink, a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator as well as plates and utensils but no soap to wash the dishes with.
