We checked in our room to a pair of shoes from the person before us still in the room. We booked the hotel as a stop on a long trip to let the kids swim and the pool was green and closed. Nothing advertised the pool was closed before booking. Otherwise, the hotel is decent and a nice remodel of an old building.

The pool, which would have been great to use over the holiday weekend, wasn’t in operation and the hotel has an odor that worsened in the rooms.

There was a new manager because the old one left and she literally tried enabling my room key 5 times of which my room changes 2 times and I had to go up And down 4 times . I asked for a full refund and left the hotel after they were unable to confirm the room was cleaned before. Looks like the person that was trying to help just started a few hours ago. The security guard is also makeshift room service. It’s pathetic condition there,

Ugh. The hotel property is a disaster. The swimming pool looks pristine on the webpage, and there are zero comments about the pool being closed. In fact - on the main website they advertise the “ pool is now open.” What a disgusting bowl of swamp water for a pool. 3rd floor ice machine doesn’t work - nor does the drier. This room is absolutely not worth the price I paid. The carpet was wet in two places. This hotel looks and feels like it’s on the verge of closing. No blackout blinds - I would not stay here again.

The lobby was beautiful. The room was mid/ average but smelled like mold. The last straw was when we walked into the bathroom there were 2 dead bugs laying there one with antennas still twitching.
-
Pool was not in service for at least 9 months, and as advertised on website there is no restaurant in hotel

Hotel is very crabby. Smelled. Took us 111 minutes to check into two rooms. Told us they probably could not get us dinner since they did not have much food left. Did not have ESPN. Could not get the WiFi to work so I called the front desk repeatedly ….no answer. Oh and the ice machine on my floor was briken

Several of us were traveling together and booked well in advance. They overbooked and did not make us aware until check-in and we had an eight night stay planned with children. It was the most inconvenient experience ever. The manager left a young new worker by herself to deal with this issue on one of their busiest check-in days of the year. She called and he talked with me and he was so rude. Then he proceeded to tell me that the only way that a room can be guaranteed there is if we were to pick up the phone and make a phone call and book with them. That if even if we did it online through Wyndham or their website, they cannot guarantee it unless we personally spoke with them every time we wanted to book a room, we will never book here again until under new management and renovations.

The place was very clean but it is very old and no updates have been done in many, many years. WiFi did not work and there was no one for help after 10:30 pm. The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate for our short night stay.
-
This is our second time to stay here. We cancelled once when air conditioning was out. This time there was no internet. The pool needs work. It could be a great stop with good management and TLC.
-
Room was very clean but had a funny smell. Parking was easy and location was great to walk downtown. Pool area was locked so we didn’t explore it. There’s plenty of green space outside hotel for dogs and quiet walking streets. Guests ring a bell for staff and they are very friendly.

Clean, the beds were comfy!

Parking was ok. Its in a garage across the street. No security or police watching over the garage. However my car was safe overall. The bed was horrible. I felt the bed springs in the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathtub wasn't clean. There was hair in it. The lobby was very nice and I just knew that the rooms would be great but it was ok. Not my brand of hotels but I thought since it was in the heart of downtown it would be great. I should've stayed at a casino!!
