It was super clean Staff was very professional.

Staff was professional and courteous.

Staff was not very friendly, and they were even worse when they saw my dog. “That will be $$75 more for your dog….kind of rudely. I expected a charge but when you are paying over $300 per night for a room….my dog is 11 years old and obviously not a dog that would ruin a room. Very unlikely that I will stay at this property again

Guests should be forewarned that the hotel places a $200-per-night incidental hold, which in my case exceeded the nightly room rate. Although I understand the amount is eventually released, the hold felt disproportionate—especially given the limited amenities offered. When I inquired about the unusually high amount, I was told it was to ensure guests did not “trash the room,” which left me questioning the type of clientele the hotel anticipates. Additionally, while not a major issue for us since we checked out around 9 a.m., the breakfast selection was noticeably sparse by that time. I assume we simply arrived after the main rush, but it was still surprising for a Hilton-branded property. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff polite, but I expected a higher standard of experience from a Hilton product.

We liked the clean, spacious room that efficiently included a small sofa and kitchenette. Price was a little higher than expected for Victorville but in line with others.

Everything was nice. We needed a heavier blanket for our daughter but it was not available, but we managed. The difficult issue was that it was super loud because the property is right next to the freeway and we didn’t realize that. It was hard to sleep for some of our group, but others were unbothered. Most were able to also enjoy the breakfast as well.

It was a great location we had no problem with getting around. The room was very spacious and clean.

Nice Hotel

Everything was nice my family and i had a really nice time!

Big room, very clean. Only complaint would be the pillows are paper thin. Bed very comfortable. Loved all the amenities. Staff are super friendly! Loved my stay!

Loved it Nothing

They allow dogs but then have no grass anywhere for your dogs to use. Everything is rocks and succulents and most of it is not even flat. At least have a decent fake grass area! I literally had to go next door behind the Chuckee Cheese for a little grass so my female dog would even go pee! It's dark back there at night, so I had to make sure I took her before 9pm when they were still open, so I would feel somewhat safe. Also, ridiculous they stop breakfast at 9am even on Sunday, so I only had the coffee. They make it easy for their employees and not the customers. It should be 10am on Sundays and 9:30am weekdays. Lastly, I requested the room to be cleaned one day, and they cleaned the kitchen/living room area but did not empty the trash and didn't even make the bed. Most of the staff was pretty nice and in general it was kept clean. That was the positive about the property.
