The pool looked filthy, and we were counting on it to help our kids after a long day on the road. The key cards kept not working. The bathroom sink was backed up. Only sheets for the sofa bed — no blanket available. A/C and odor issues in common areas.

Staff- very helpful in helping us locate our luggage that we accidentally left outside the door. Breakfast- eggs, grits, sausage, biscuits, white gravy, waffles, …. Great breakfast….. Clean rooms- very clean! Great Visit!

I always enjoy my stay at the Clarion. Only suggesting that the housekeeper not knock on the door at 9am she did it twice. At least give us a chance to wake up. Next time I will utilize the do not disturb sign.

Staff was friendly, my room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.-breakfast was delicious! My experience was great! I will be coming back. I came to town for the memorial day events-Vidalia is actually my home town

The room smelled musty and felt damp. The shampoo had water in it to make it go further. I’m pretty sure my kids were bitten by bed bugs. One of our towels was dirty. Folded but dirty. The staff was great though. Check in was easy the lady at the front desk was very helpful. We even left something in our room and had to return to pick it up and they had it waiting for us. The views were nice too. Not sure I would stay again.

AC in our room was noisy. Building needs to be refreshed in general, such as replacing carpet. Walkway to front entrance had broken and missing tiles.
