Nothing it was my worst experience. I woke up to bed bugs biting me it was so disturbing and disgusting. I went to the front desk and told them I even brought the bed bug in a tissue to the front desk the denied having bed bugs after I showed them where I was biting at and all. First walking in the lobby when I first got there I know it was going to be bad. It had the strongest mildew and mold smell it was so bad. But I said to myself I'm already here and I already had paid for it. When I walked in the room the smell was horrible I went to Walmart to buy disinfectant spray and other things to take the smell away. Then the worst was waking the up to bed bugs biting on me it was so disturbing and disgusting. I went to the front desk and told them I even brought the bed bug in a tissue to the front desk they denied having bed bugs after I showed them where I was biting at and all. They know they're infested with bed bugs you can tell by the way they disregarded what I said. I asked for a refund but they said like I didn't book with them that I can't receive a refund. I want to know what else can I do I paid $331 for one night to be the worse night of my life and a real waste of money

The bed was clean and comfortable. Even though it was renovated, it was still a bit run down. You just go there to lay your head down. The staff wasn't very friendly, but they weren't mean.

Car alarms going off. I did not feel safe at all being on this hotel. The room wasn't as I liked it could have been cleaned better than what it was. Didnt like that they need $100 up front plus the room fees.

nothing most disgusting place i have ever stayed .I would not let my dog stay there. dirty.all busted up.stinks.staff sucks .shower didn't even work .sheets all stained I went out and got a sleeping bag and pillows with 2 cans of Lysol.floor peeling up .Think there was shit on the walls .was out of town and every hotel booked .pics looked ok on line .don't trust that lol this place was beyond bad.

Had new furniture, but it felt like lipstick on a pig. Parking was fine place felt grimy overall and some people got into a fight in front of our room around 12:30 at night. Didn’t help that we saw two people heavily strung out on drugs a couple blocks away. Though they were ok with dogs.
