Our room was very nice. Breakfast had many options. It was during a heat wave and the fitness center was very hot. In better weather it would be nice.

Only thing is that I didn't realize all Hampton Inns are Pet friendly. There were entirely too many pets walking around the hotel barking

The service was also lacking. Towels for the swimming pool took an unusually long time to arrive, and when we requested additional towels for our room, it took several hours for them to be delivered. We also asked about a late checkout but were not accommodated. Overall, the staff did not come across as friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall experience. The breakfast selection was disappointing, and the coffee was very watery and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean bedding and bathroom but corners of the room were kind of dirty and my room had a strange smell. The light bulb for the desk light would not turn on and one of the drawers for the dresser was broken.

It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware.

It felt safe. It was clean and hospitable staff. The breakfast was varied enough everyone could be satisfied. Very good value. The decore was dark but clean.

Due to the snow storm coming. They allowed me to check out early with a refund. Everything was perfect until the storm came.

Shower was giving me some issues with the hot and cold water knob, but front desk came right up and assisted me

No complaints about the hotel. However big issue with hotels.com misrepresenting the room. On the hotels.com website the room was listed as sleeping 4 adults. The description said the room had a king size bed with a pullout sofa bed and that free rollaways were available. I booked the room for three adults. When I arrived I discovered the room had no sofa bed and that the hotel did not have rollaways.
