Maybe because I’m not a Hilton Honors member, each time I stayed at the hotel I get a room by either the elevator or the stairs. I travel with 2 dogs and I notify the front desk upon check in and still get elevators or stairs. Not a pleasant stay when dogs are disturbed at night. Otherwise great for pets, and a decent breakfast and the coffee is weak that could use and upgrade.

Phone in room did not work. Safe did not work. Neighbors were smoking weed finally had to have manager talk to them. We had adjoining room doors so it came into our room. Staff was great. Age of hotel is showing.

Our stay was good, staff was great. The pool was clean. The only problem was that it was highly chlorinated. When my grandkids couldn’t stay in it you know there is a problem. I didn’t let staff know because we had a busy schedule anyway.

The pool was down for an undetermined amount of time, which is the only negative complaint. I just wish it was stated on the site when we booked. Other than that the staff and location was great!

The room was up to par. Had issues with the bathroom toilet wasn't clean. Several of the pillows has stains on them clear as day. The sofa was very worn out. Had ask for extra supports to even sit on it.

Can't say enough good about the staff. More than willing to help with things that were above and beyond. Very friendly service and a nice hotel!

We needed the phone for the food delivery . The clerk did allow the delivery person to bring the food to the room. She was very helpful

Normally, I don’t have any issues. For some reason, during this stay, every time we took a shower the water would get all over the floor. Idk what was going on. We tried moving the shower head to different places. It didn’t help. Water was literally getting all the way to the bathroom door.
