New Jersey is a recreational marijuana state. So people are bouncing from room to room. Or haven’t many people visiting rooms

The shower would leak into the carpeted part of the room and the bathroom smelled very bad.

Staff very helpful. Explained everything to my satisfaction. Restaurant was good too.

It was an ok stay for one night. I like that there is no carpet in the room; it makes it look cleaner. Bathroom was clean. Nothing really wrong with the room but it is not a fancy stay by any means.

Additionally, we were asked to leave the pool area earlier than expected because a convention was scheduled to arrive, despite being paying guests of the property. This made us feel unwelcome and inconvenienced. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and the level of customer service did not meet expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

The hotels in Vineland NJ is way over priced its sad that when you go to visit and get a room the rooms start at 95.00 or a little higher then when Friday Saturday and Sunday they start at 177.00 to almost 300.00 dollars a night its not like you are at the casino but I believe they are gouging with there prices and I'm writing a later to the governor of New Jersey to let them know how the hotels are charging people.

There was pubic hairs in my towels, I go to use the second pair of towels and there’s more hair inside the towel. I go to the front desk and the guy basically didn’t care about anything I was saying and said that that normally happens when customers take the clean towels clean themselves and then fold it and put it back up where the clean towels were at I tell him that it’s very unsanitary with you guys, and you guys are supposed to clean all towels, even if the room is clean, towels should always be washed, even if the room was not used.

Why would management allow smoking of this kind in a hotel? We will NEVER stay at this hotel again nor will we recommend it to anyone we know.

When I want to check in the lady at the front desk said they didn't have no King rooms which is what I made reservations for so they gave me two double beds in a room. My lock boat lock didn't work they tried to fix it and couldn't . The air conditioner cool but it didn't cool the room. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay
