Everything was awful, front desk staffing were very unprofessional. The bed sheets were filthy, the pillows were flat, the blankets were dirty. The room had major mildew and mold. The floors had water under the hard wood floors. It was awful

But the facility needs a lot of of improvement I don’t know what they used to clean the floor. I kept slipping and sliding Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well Very poor housekeeping- bed was never cleaned and dressed And there’s a strong chemical they used to cleaned the hallway carpet . So strong I kept choking for air

Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The shower was very good by hotel standards. The King room had a couch a desk and a nice desk chair. The only knock is there was no complimentary breakfast. They did give you a $5.00 coupon for the ihop restaurant attached to the lobby.

The room was pretty dirty. The sofa was ripped and stained. They were fingerprints and smudges all over the bedside tables. The bathroom was OK.

The whole facility is a worn out over priced pig sty!

I reserved a king bed a month in advance. When I got there, all they had available was two queens. They obviously do not care about honoring their reservations. Also the halls were filthy and there was no “Stairs” sign next to one of the stairwells. I will never stay here again.

This hotel was so nasty. The hotel had fruit flies all over the room. On the walls where ppl smashed them to kill them and the bathroom had mold. I was itching all night long. The only reason I booked is because my 5 yr old wanted a pool party and they have an amazing outdoor pool. But the table settings by the pool were dirty from others using it and the company not cleaning up. Overall the best part was the pool. Then they lied and said I need wristbands to go to the pool and only a certain amount of ppl can go to the pool that’s apart of ur room. I seen ppl invite outsiders and were having a good time no one had on wristbands and the manager never came out and said nothing.

Staff was nice. Key cards kept not working. 5 or 6 times down to front desk floors in room were in terrible shape sharp edges everywhere. looks like it was flooded and left unrepaired tub had gashes with rust in them. tile grout was disgusting dirty etc. air conditioner took forever to cool the space. 2nd floor ice machine not working. no access for carts etc to the 2nd floor.

I showed them my booking.com confirmation email and the 12:00 checkout time, they showed me a sign on the wall. I guess they had recently changed their checkout time, because I used to stay there before and the checkout was always noon...

Really didn't like the fact that the HVAC unit had the room so cold that the furniture, wood floors, bed and towels were damp from the humidity. Bed felt cold/damp. It was hot outside around 90 degrees so turning up the air inside made the issue worse. The restaurant inside (not iHOP) closed at 9:30 PM on a Friday night. No other eating places were open or close. We found one pizza place and the food wasn't very good. Not worth the $300+ fee for one night and will not return to that property. Sorry, but we should have driven the 2 and one half hours back home at 10:30 PM and saved our money.

This place is rundown. Dirty smelly carpet in hallway. Hotel smell of smoke. It's non smoking but folks stand in front door smoking and it filters in. Room lack maintenance... ceiling fan loose, caulking, stained tub, mold.. etc. The positive was the IHOP next door.. Ramada corporate should look into this place...

Bedsheets were dirty and had hair on them and the bath towels were the same dirty stains and hair
