The room was clean. Everything was on working order. It was the staff that was annoying. I felt like I was bothering these people. Also, $150 incident fee, that was taken directly from my account was not even mentioned at check in had better be refunded to my account. Absolutely the most indifferent, disconnected treatment I've ever received from any place I've ever stayed. And no, I will never stay there again. The people that work there

Everything was awful, front desk staffing were very unprofessional. The bed sheets were filthy, the pillows were flat, the blankets were dirty. The room had major mildew and mold. The floors had water under the hard wood floors. It was awful

I kept slipping and sliding Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well Very poor housekeeping- bed was never cleaned and dressed And there’s a strong chemical they used to cleaned the hallway carpet . So strong I kept choking for air

Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The shower was very good by hotel standards. The King room had a couch a desk and a nice desk chair. The only knock is there was no complimentary breakfast. They did give you a $5.00 coupon for the ihop restaurant attached to the lobby.

The room was pretty dirty. The sofa was ripped and stained. They were fingerprints and smudges all over the bedside tables. The bathroom was OK.
