Good value. While it is dated and it's clear the owners are frugal, the room very serviceable and a good value compared to other hotels in the area. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Good AC in the room. Good, free wifi. Checkin went smoothly and the three staff I interacted with were very nice. Bathroom could use a thorough remodel, TV is ancient, vending machines in the lobby were temperamental.

The room was very clean, staff were extremely nice and the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast they served was good.

The rooms are dirty, breakfast is not good, rooms need to update. Especially the staff is very annoying and very rude to its customers. I never recommend it to anyone.

Key cards didn't work, had to go all the way back to the front desk and get an attitude from the person working there to get them to fix their mistake. Room was like a sauna when we checked in. It was 90+ outside and even hotter inside. The ac blew warm nasty smelling air instead of cold air. Room was very uncomfortable. The whole place smelled of body odor, they obviously don't clean well or often. Halls smell musky.

Convenient for where we were going The staff was extremely rude. The roads were blocked off to get to the hotel entrance, when we called to ask for detour directions the staff were rude about it. Check in was even worse! We called twice on the way there once for the detour instructions and once for an early check in. Both staff were rude

All in all if you're looking for a very reasonably priced place for an overnight stay you could do much worse than staying at this Quality Inn.

Room was clean. Beds were hard. Coffee pot in the bathroom while a whole empty table is in front of the window. I'm assuming the owners are the ones that are always at the front desk.. they are rude, and training new staff to be rude. More of our kids decided to come than when we booked... They told us the only way they would ALLOW us to stay was to book another room even though 2 of them were going to stay somewhere else in 5 hours. So you'd think that making really good money off my little family would have made them be a little nicer. The woman made it a point to go outside to yell at my husband because he was smoking away from the building... But apparently not within the 25 ft law that we knew nothing about because we aren't from NJ. Would not acknowledge my husband after coming down stairs but rolled out the red carpet and friendly words for the white man that followed right behind him. It's very weird to experience racism from other brown people.

Room was clean. Arrived at 2PM the door was locked. Women came to door and said could not check in until 3. Then she closed the door and locked it. Once we could check in the vending machines did not work. No signage on when the continental breakfast was available. We arrived at 9AM for breakfast. No breakfast available, it was closed. They also charge your credit card double the room rate as a security deposit. Once they determine if you left the room in good shape then you get the deposit back in 3-5 days. Not right away, only get deposit back at their discretion. Staff was less then friendly. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk guy mumbles in heavy accent making communication challenging but the facility itself if clean and well maintained. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of shopping and eating choices close by. 10/10

Check in staff was great. Checking out person couldn't be bothered to stand up and engage me. Very clean interior. Outside was average.

Breakfast was poor selection, small cups and sign says you have to eat at that spot

I Charmaine, and Floyd Kidd had an Amazing time,, We came down to say goodbye for a funeral and we were very very tired because we just got off work It was nice and quiet Peaceful,, The staff was very polite and we enjoyed our stay,, We will definitely come down again and pick the same Hotel... We liked everything

the staff was nice. the room was dirty. hair and stains everywhere. in tub on floor in bed. there was a rancid smell coming from floor 2. the breakfast was VERY GHETTO. not enough room or food left. it was gone before 8:30. it says ends at 9.

breakfast, location wash all shower curtains. because of shower curtains gives Swett smell. other wise room is very clean
