Safe, clean, and quiet stay! I try to stay here every time I'm in town.
-
The breakfast provided only white bread. Could include healthier options.

Fairly nice room. Something didn't work cuz it wasn't plugged in but it wasn't that big of a deal
-
The room clean The checking in process wouldn't let me pay deposit in cash n I was told the room was 66$ online when I clicked it it came out 143 n the deposit was not included

One mattress in the room sank very low when sitting or sleeping on it. The carpets smelled, and the toilet was clogged. People were smoking by the hotel entrance all the time.

Staff was wonderful, thank you

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area. Plus, I was surprised and impressed to find a carbon monoxide detector on the wall with the fire detector. Hotels are required by law to have smoke and fire detectors, but most places don’t also have carbon monoxide detectors.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Common areas of hotel were clean and nice looking however room was not very clean. There were stains on the bathroom shower curtain, bathroom door and bathroom walls that looked like food splashed on walls that were never cleaned.

I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there so we checked out and was only given 70 percent refund! I’m quite disappointed in the way the night manager handled the situation and while the general manager was nice he refused to give the full refund. Mind you not one amenity was used and we were only checked in for a few hours and actually in the room a total of 30 minutes. Te property itself was not unkept there was caked up dirt in the elevators and the floors were dirty as well.

Parking fine, STAFF, GREAT, New owners. Rooms clean. Had our dogs with us and were in 2 rooms for a month after selling our home. Had issue with rude people threatening me about picking up after my labs. Threatened to put me in the hospital. A guy was following my daughter and parked outside her room windon one night and was bothering her and freaking her out when we were not there for a few nights. I Left my wife alone for 3 days doing a out of town trip, and she had a guy on a monday night open her window and started to step into her room from the paring lot. She confronted him and he apologized and said he had the wrong room. I notified people at front desk and they had no camera's on that side of building to verify. In any public hotel environment, you are going to come across people less than desirable, and this is who we may had had these issues with. I will stay there again as staff is very nice and accommodating.
