Room was dirty, no towel in it, no microwave, microwave is a basic necessity in every hotel! I couldn't sleep properly, I was sinking into the mattress.

The pool was out of service for a few days and no one in the staff seemed to know when it was going to open.

The hotel was clean but it really sucked being able to use the pool the first two nights of my stay and there were no clean towels for the pool on the last night.

Cons: The tv in the room didn’t work, not enough towels. The water in the gym has no cups so you couldn’t use it. The restaurant staff was so slow, unknowledgeable, added an auto gratuity without telling us (so we double tipped) and you can’t can’t charge the bill to the room.

The experience was amazing I definitely plan on going back next time I have a visit. It was so luxury they had a restaurant in there and the rooms were amazing!
