Nice staff, nice rooms things kept clean. No complaints. Outside they kept up with it a lot of ppl are slobs and throw garbage wherever even though they have garbage cans located throughout but the staff was doing their best to keep it clean

Amazing!!

I was just there for a quick overnight stay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The parking lot is a bit run down, especially for the area, but the inside of the hotel is updated and very clean!

The service was sooo bad on the phone and in real life , I slept the night without ice conditioner with a baby one month old , she was crying all night , I went down to the desk she said I can’t help you , only in the morning, they don’t clean my room for two nights and I’ve been asking them for it, terrible I would not book this again

Was originally going to give 5 star review hotel was clean pool was clean rooms clean check in and check out was very quick but my last night the ac stopped working and they said no maintenance on duty and had to switch people around so no more rooms other than that it was good

The restaurant inside the hotel is AMAZING including a wonderful happy hour . Enjoyed my staff overall

The staff was nice specially Gwen who checked me in, no complaint about the room except it was too cold they should allow us to control the temperature

The laundry is inside the gym area, super hot with nowhere to hang out, and no cameras to see the kids hanging in the gym stealing clothes from the laundry. The hotel has seen better days, is attracting questionable clients, and is poorly supervised. Not a typical Crowne Plaza.

Nice room polite staff

Fairly clean. Water Leaks in the main hall and the restaurant on site had terrible service. Overall nice spacious room that was comfortable and convenient. Good rate and nice location within a 15 drive to Virginia Beach. Overall satisfied with the price, location and room comfort. Needs some upkeep inside and out. Mostly just general cleaning up of walkways and wiping down of corners and walls.

No shampoo or conditioner in our bathroom, bottles were empty. Batteries on thermostat were dead. Indoor “heated” pool was not heated.

Shower has rust running down the wall and hair in the corners Keurig had old k-cup inside and coffee grounds Signs to pool lead to the wrong hallway No cups out with the water dispensers in the morning and no water in the dispensers in the evening

I can not say enough good things about this property. It is so nice and clean. It is also super walkable to the downtown area. Myself and a couple friends met up there to surf the new wave park the next day. It is close enough to the oceanside of Virginia Beach without being in the thick of the summer crowds. I would definitely stay here again.
