Ok hotel for the price! Definitely could have used some upgrades but wasn’t awful!

The room was dirty, the floor by bathroom was spongy and felt like you were going to fall through it. Pool was dirty also. When we got there the lady at front desk was helpful but the other staff didn’t seem to want to be bothered by anyone. I will never stay there again and should get a refund!

I booked a room at this place. For one I did not feel safe. I then decided to walk in and see if I can see the room before going in. The hotel staff was extremely rude. While he ate his McDonalds he seemed like I was interrupting his life. As if I wasn’t a hotel guest. I go to the room. The toilet had stains as if it were never cleaned. There was literally stains on the bed sheets. It smelt disgusting as if someone just left smoking. I asked for a refund. Being a single mom with two kids and the hotel staff stated I would have to go to the third party to get it. When 3rd party called he was rude and hung up on them. I paid to sleep at another place. I did not feel safe. Room was disgusting.

You guys my dad's bought a hotel he thought was near the beach but instead we got a 20 mi from the beach hotel that's not fair

Blood on lampshade beside my bed , patched holes in wall . NOT somewhere that a mochigander wants to use the pool . Terrible accident right out front 2nd day there . I was told a guy on a scooter was hit by a car and killed the week before I was there . Made me afraid to leave the property and unable to enjoy the area . Cleaning staff were rude and claimed they couldnt speak English when I tried to give them a piece of marble from one of the rooms I found on the ground beside my car . Toilets dont flush properly . Party store ,mcdonalds and Wendy's within walking distance thankfully . Women - dont go here alone !!!

The room was nice and clean. The staff was really nice especially Amy. She was so nice to us. I recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

With the exception of Amy, the front desk clerk, who was kind and helpful, everything else left much to be desired. In some rooms (we rented 4) strong cigarette smell (these are supposed to be non-smoking) and in one of the rooms found roaches. If your goal is just to go there to sleep, then I guess it can work, but I feel it was way overpriced for what is the inn about.

You tend to get what you pay for and unfortunately they really need to do something with the carpets as there dirty. Breakfast isn't as it used to be as a frequent I use to stay there it's not as it should've been. Pool was nice and beds were cozy, laundry right there on property.

There was no hot water in the rooms. Even after changing multiple room.

Quiet area Toilet wouldn't flush, roach on the wall, no refrigerator or microwave.

Worst hotel stay of my whole life. When I got in bed, the sheets had a stain between the covers that was STILL WET. Insane. Didn't even know it was there until my bare foot touched it and then I flipped up the covers and it was horridly disgusting. No clue why or how they made the sheets with that somehow in there? Did they not wash the sheets from the last stay? Also the shower curtain was covered in mold. I mean COME ON. A shower curtain is so cheap to replace or even just clean it. Something crazy is going on up in that hotel.

Only 15 mins from the beach. Quiet and clean No complaints

Every time we went to go get clean towels, they never had any never came and took the trash out of our room didn’t even replace the toilet paper. Had to buy my own completely, not worth the money spent and how are you not gonna have any mini fridges or microwaves in the room.
