Extended Stay America Suites Virginia Beach Independence Blv

Location. Was able to check out after one night since I finished my work in a short time. Front desk girl was very helpful. Trash needed to be picked up in stairways

it was in a adequate location for what I was there for. The shower was leaking.

Good

The part where lady came out of a nearby room when we arrived showing us that she just got a tattoo done inside the room. Everything. Demanding 100% Redund. Should be paying us to stay there. The BREAKFADT INCLUDED is a JOKE and Booking should remove it from listing. It was fruit bars muffins and thats it. See photo.

Location was convenient for my needs Used condoms and lubricants found under the bed when I dropped something ( bed was on wheels in ADA room) Extreme mold in ADA shower

Great

Location was close to what I needed The cleanliness, location seemed like there were drug addicts/sketchy people around. Staff charged extra for something I didn’t do (disputing). Rating 2 out of 10. Staff kept complaining while I was checking in. Not worth the he money.

This was the absolute worst experience ever. Official check-in was at 3:00 PM, and I arrived at 5:00 PM, meaning a room should have been completely ready. Instead, they made me pay upfront first. Only after they took my money did they inform me that there were actually no rooms available and that I would have to wait even longer. When I immediately asked for a refund, the staff played dumb and claimed they couldn't issue one. Completely unacceptable service and dishonest business practices. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Staff are cooperative Floor was dirty and was felt not dry. When I walk in bare feet and after washing there were blackish water falling from ringing water. Room door lock was faulty Breakfast was not worthy, let say it’s a muffin breakfast in front of the front desk.

The only thing good about this place was the location Room smelled like an ashtray. Homeless people all over, staff was rude, no actual breakfast offered.

Room size was decent Multiple plumbing issues along with random hair in the tub and sheets. Then the floors were dirty and the AC had mold on the units.

I didn’t stay at this facility. It looked like crap from the outside, and had a large number of transients all about. I didn’t feel safe. Because you don’t give refunds, i didn’t bother reaching out for one.

Exceptional

Need AC in weight room

Mantenimiento, mejor servicio, seguridad y desayunos acorde al precio. Demasiado caro para lo que uno recibe.

Pleasant
