Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virginia Beach Town Center

Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. Hot and cold options, plus variety of beverages. Location was convenient - and quiet. Parking was not available on site - had to park under the office building across the street. People were even parking up on the sidewalk around the hotel.

The hotel was immaculate, as was our room. You were in a fantastic area with so much close by. They had a great confidential breakfast, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Having to leave

Very neat and clean. Front desk was friendly and pleasant. Location was excellent- short walk to the town center

Bad

Passable

I was definitely satisfied with my stay. Will stay again.

The staff was amazing and very responsive. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated us with a smile. Another family had an issue with their reservation and it was resolved with ease. The staff offered suggestions on restaurants and engaged in pleasant conversation. The fire alarm went off and everyone was comforting and pleasant when they explained that overdone popcorn was the cause. The floor was wet near the window.

Very good

The property was very clean and well kept. The two women (I forgot to grab their names) at the front desk were always helpful, polite and had a positive attitude. I have nothing bad to say about this property. There was also free Continental breakfast and extra parking.

Exceptional

Very nice hotel located near shopping and dining spots. Comfortable room and good bedding.

Clean rooms staff were nice and plenty of Parking.

Exceptional

Very clean and all of the staff was very nice. Very Accommodating. Hotel was quiet and the room clean. Would stay again when in town!

Great option for a place to stay in VA Beach. Free parking in a covered garage was nice too.

The staff was the best—very helpful, respectful, and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with family.

The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed our time here. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Virginia Beach and would happily recommend it to family and friends. A wonderful experience overall—5 stars!

Nice No coffee

Very nice, clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast offerings could have been better. No home fries (i.e., potatoes) or pancakes. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay. Thanks.
