The staff were very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. Great location. Lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet. I wish the bathroom had a fan.

Over all the stay was good. Sadly we tried to use the hot tub. The hot tub was not working stayed on low jets. Walking to the elevator all you could smell was weed smell in the air. Until you hit the floor you were staying on, then the smell went away. We stayed for 2 nights kind wish house keeping would have supplied fresh towels and changed the lining while we were out. The morning of check out. Live Tv stop working. Of course after I asked about it they sent someone up, by the time he got up there everything is working fine again. When getting ready to settle down for the night you heard doors banging. People in the next room (a door) to separate rooms, carring on babies crying. Over all the room was set up nicely. Hopefully a better stay the next time.

Please make this hotel your stay whenever you visit Virginia Beach. They have a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond. I was worried about the rooms after reading the reviews. You have to see this place for yourself. You won't be disappointed. The beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Virginia Beach, it's home away from home.

Room had trash on the floor, check-in clerk was less than helpful. Parking was a nightmare. Staff didn't seem to be enjoying their jobs. I couldn't wait to leave. Very disappointing.

Shower door did not open correctly. Coffee machine did not work.

It was great, bed was comfy, staff was really nice and soo helpful. Will definitely stay there again

I had pre-paid but the room. Upon checking in I was told to pay for the room. The lady at the front desk was super rude and not welcoming. The issue was resolved after I had called Expedia and they had to call the hotel but I had to fork over almost $400 on a holiday weekend when the room had already been paid for. This took away from vacation funds.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked as did the entire hallway. So much for non-smoking wing. The staff was dismissive to the point of being rude. The front desk guy was talking with a customer or friend and totally ignored me even though I was the only person at the counter. Utter crap hotel poorly staffed and unkempt.
