Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Town Center

Entire stay was excellent from the staff to how well the building was maintained and the rooms were very clean and smell very good, there was ample parking at the garage across the street

The breakfast was hot and fresh, but it is best to go when it starts. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the indoor pool area and our room (handprints on the mirrors, hair on the shower walls, hair in/around the pool, crumbs around the pool, standing/gross water around the hot tub).

When we pulled back the covers, we found multiple long strands of hair on the fitted sheet and between the top sheet and the blanket, making it obvious the bedding had not been properly cleaned. There were also food stains on one blanket, and the blanket on the second bed had a large yellow stain along with additional hair. It was extremely unpleasant and made us question the room's overall cleanliness. The towels and washcloths were also well past their prime. They were discolored and looked more like they had been used as cleaning rags than guest towels. Clean, fresh bedding and towels are the bare minimum guests should expect from a hotel. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here unless housekeeping standards improve significantly.

The front desk staff was always polite, friendly and helpful. A young man named Eli was particularly helpful in guiding me in the right direction, and assuring I was always safe and secure.

Very disappointed in the hot tub rooms, external appearance, all of which failed miserably for cleanliness. The Hilton name is one that’s known worldwide, and I often measure the standards based on the name. This particular location fell short of what’s expected in a Hilton hotel.

Location No grass for the dog.

The staff was nice; they talked with you like they knew you for years, and it’s an excellent location for restaurants and shopping, and it’s only 18 minutes from the beach

I liked being able to walk to places to eat and drink. The breakfast was really good too!

Easy check in. Parking across the street but not far. No hot water at the sink but shower was good.

I enjoyed my 5 night.6.day stay at the Virginia Beach Hilton Garden Inn in Towne Center. There was plenty to do everyday. The staff was professional and helpful. Didnt eat the breakfast.but. I could tell it was delicious cause it smelled good and plenty of.people ate in the eating area. Thank you hotels.com for a.smooth transition to a wonderful place

Easy location, room was great and the staff helped with dinner and breakfast suggestions. Parking was very simple and there is a ton to do within walking distance .
