Hyatt Place Virginia Beach Town Center

Overall okay experience. The room was mostly clean there was a dirty coffee filter in the machine in the room. It was also quiet which was great. Had a problem getting towels but got it figured out. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good if you fought to get it. Parking was close to the building.

Can be busy so make sure you book ahead.

Clean rooms, lots of parking, friendly staff and free breakfast.

Location is great , with lots of places to eat and shop. Pool was on the small side. Traffic lights in the area take longer than expected to change if walking. Parking in the area ranges from 2 hours to 30 mins, you will get ticketed if you exceed the allowed time.

Good room

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. The lobby was always clean and the room we had on the 6th floor was nice in size, clean and quiet. We also took advantage of the free breakfast each morning. The breakfast food was ok they switched some of the options up each morning. We had lemon pepper wings for lunch from the hotel restaurant and they were delicious. We also had some margaritas from the bar one night and they were so good! This hotel is also conveniently located to several stores and restaurants. Also, the drive to the Beach front was not far at all and we drove there twice during our stay. We would definitely come back to stay here!

Hotel was very clean and modern. Loved having a couch in the room.

Convenient location

Bed sheets smelled like vinegar, carpet was dirty looked like it had doo doo stains, and shower was dirty as well.

The parking was always available.

Nice clean rooms, good size. The hotel is on a busy street in Virginia Beach that can get quite noisy. VB seems to have more sirens than any other city i have been in! The refrigerator is good size, but a microwave is not included.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and used the pool every day. we'd definitely stay there again!

Our room was upgraded to a suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Location very handy for our plans. Nothing.

The room was really clean it had a really nice bathroom I love the shower the hot water is never ending we had a two queen bedroom with a sleep sofa the breakfast was phenomenal had a lot to choose from parking was pretty good could be a little bit closer but good overall there's plenty of parking the staff was helpful if I had any kind of questions the only downfall is they don't have a laundry that you can do your own laundry instead of bringing it home grandkids had a great time in the pool but I think there's I brought one dog 14 lb and I had to pay $100 I don't know if I get that back but I think I had to pay that $100 I think that's a bit High but overall I would definitely stay here again

Very clean convenient place to stay. We only had one poor interaction during check in with one of the workers but she was the only unpleasant part, everyone and everything else including the breakfast every morning was top notch.

it is very clean, kids friendly, swimming pool,great location, clean & great facility.staff approach was great. Breakfast could have been better but still it is okay.

Very nice hotel. Decent breakfast although redundant. Staff really nice. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent water pressure. Close to shopping and restaurants.
