Room was decent definitely not like it’s picture and at night no staff is on the property every night we would hear fighting and yelling from outside.

Darnell at the front desk is a consummate professional. He executes the protocols for my needs immediately upon request and with superior knowledge of the processes and hotel grounds. He runs a tight ship, ensuring the hotel stays pristine in the way of cleanliness and that the tenants are following the rules.

Darnell is AMAZING. I could park right outside my door and walk to Golden corral or Starbucks. It's great. I'm literally two minutes from the interstate and downtown, too.

ROOM: The microwave handle is broken. The "dresser" is to have two drawers. We have one and does not open to where we can use it. The seal on the refrigerator door is coming off. They said they would glue or double tape it by the end of the week. It never happened. The stove has a two burner stove top but doesn't have any type of cooking utensils, pans, dishes, etc. Doesn't have dish soap, dish towels, or pot holders. So the room is really useless if you want to cook in it. They said you can purchase kitchen items, coffee makers, and cleaning items if you need them from the front desk. This is above the cost of the expensive room. Baby cockroaches have also been seen in the room.

Conscience and cleanliness When you register as a married couple and your spouse doesn’t “add” your name they give you a really hard time about a key when you’re locked out. I understand it, but maybe they should ask at check in other names to be listed in the account for key purposes etc. when you book on line it’s one name

The room was okay I did not like the bugs

Not much. Wasn't clean, water damage in the room, roaches, refrigerator wasn't cold. Office hours were abysmal. 11am-7pm is unacceptable.

Towels were caked in dirt

Location is good and just near the main city. Transportation is very accessible and the place is quite and very safe. Still need improvement on the cleanliness and office time is not adequate for some minor complaints.

Pricing , drug attic’s walking around property arguing and fussing not bathroom light for two weeks

Good location, cozy room Non smoking room but was filled with smoke every night due to the chain smoker next door. No person on site after hours, closed the office at 1 pm!! I was locked out for five hours, called the after hours number at least 30 times before someone finally picked up and met me to open the room. Exhausting after a full day of work!

The office was closed for the day because of a "scheduling emergency" so I could never check in. Nobody answered the phone or returned calls. Canceled through booking and left a comment stating why. Was still charged $85

Location No pool, no lobby with breakfast, poor vending, poor room service. We had to clean our own rooms, we don't get towels, toilet paper and no necessities

Denise was the best employee at this property and the only one that was helpful. Room was dirty and staff was not helpful.

The worker's at the lobby are very nice and with good manner. But the hotel managers is rude person.

And yet, if wasnt clean. Sheets even felt like they had not been washed Already stated

Bare bones facility. It seems several maintenance issues, not just my room. Maintence issues. bad smell, just couldnt get rid of.

they gave my room away and didn’t tell us until we got there all the way from Florida I won’t be staying there anymore or recommending anyone else

The property was terrible we got there at 1:00am, the room smelled like smoke and was dirty. My wife went to use the toilet and it was stopped up. We was very disappointed the room did not appear to be anything as it was advertised. My wife and I did not stay it was not fit for a dog to stay in. We had to find another hotel and didn't make it to bed until 3am
