I paid almost $600, but it was worst experience and got worst memory

There were cockroaches in the room everywhere and the elevator was broken and wouldn’t go down. You had to hit the up button and go up to go down. The manager didn’t even care when I told him what was going on and kind of blew me off. And they never refunded the money for the stay, which is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Avoid this place at all cost.

There was holes in the bathroom door, water pressure was horrible, room overly hot throughout the night with the air conditioner on.

My room had roaches in it. The staff woke me up a day early and made me leave come to found out I had another day left. After I left they charge my card $400 and didnt explain to me why they did it. Now im currently waiting for the amount to either post or go away. My experience was ok until the end. My dog was allowed

Literally had ROACHES in the rooms. We switched three times before finally checking out. Multiple roaches. The staff does NOT clean unless you’re staying for a month. It was HORRIBLE I wouldn’t refer my enemy to stay here!

Booked two queen beds showed up they don't have the room available have to get second room so we have two beds. They did discount the rooms for us but It's still a problem planning a trip weeks in advance then showing up and finding out how you set things up to deal with potential additional travelers suddenly doesn't matter. There were small bugs/roaches in both rooms.

The room had a broken hair rubberband on the floor under the bed, the bathroom sink had sticky residue spots around it, and the edge of the counter in the bathroom was very dusty. The 2 queen beds only had one very flat pillow each. The room only had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, no hand towels. As a suite the room had a small stove, microwave, and full sized refrigerator, but no kitchen ware. No forks, no dishes, no pots or pans, no coffee maker. Remember the only 2 washcloths and no hand towels? That meant no dish cloths either. Not a deal breaker, but there were only 4 hangers, no hair dryer, and no iron and ironing board. I had to buy: hair dryer, cups, plates, paper towels, forks, spoons, and was lucky to borrow a coffee maker. Overall I very disappointed. If I hadn’t booked through Expedia, and if the stay wasn’t through a holiday and festival weekend, I would have canceled my stay, demanded a discount on the first and only night I stayed, and gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, the area lodging was booked solid. I would not recommend this business unless you are out of options, and are not planning to use any of the amenities. Other than the night staff that took so long to arrive and check me in, the staff was friendly and professional.

The whole first level smelled like cigarettes. The room had a strange scent to it.

So the staff at two hotels essentially said, we dont care that you have a reservation, go f yourself.

Not bad for the price. I’did got cleaning supply and clean the room and that help to remove the smells of smoke or what ever that was. I know the person after me will be happy to get that room so nice and clean and left it smelling so clean .

They are ..scammers..they have taken money from me again ..for sleeping .4 deys leter ...the call to the service was terrible..the answer was sorry for the mistake but we will not refund the money ....
