The staff was good but it was a very noisy place. We had to complain because the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants all hours of the day. The maintenance absolutely was terrible. We were in more than one room. The first room part of the toilet was broken and the door the room wouldn't fully close unless you slammed it, I was even told this by the front desk about the door. The second room the bathroom door wouldn't even stay closed and the door handle even came off, and you can tell the poor work because the was a patch in the wall that wasn't fixed properly. We also felt extremely uncomfortable outside there at night. I saw a car with a guy sitting in it all hours or the night. I think he was there because a woman he was with worked there. It was extremely unsettling. All the beds that we saw only came with 2 sheets there was no blankets like a comforter. We also heard from multiple other guest that the laundry was unreliable because it wouldn't take the money properly and the app for it was very spotty. Also very noisy from all the traffic from the interstate that this location backs right up to. On the upside this location was close to the heart of the city and with in minutes of so many things.

Nothing. They stains on backsplash above burners. The stained burners. Chopped counter tops. Broken pieces rattling in AC unit. Broken screen so cant open windows without mosquitoes coming in. Dirty walls.

the staff was nice and tried to help fix the issue. However, the first room was gross and busted with no hot water. He moved me and my grandson to another room with one less bed only for that room to be just as bad...door didn't shut properly, there was no lock on the main door from the hallway and there was no shower curtain. When i brought that to his attention he informed there was nothing he could do as they were out of rooms. Everything, The rooms were gross you stuck to the floors when you walked, there was no drawers to put your clothes away only the tracks where the drawers once were. There was child drawings on the 1st bathroom door and whole punched in the 2nd. There was no hot water in the 1st hotel room and no shower curtain in the 2nd. As well door did not shut nor was there a lock on the main door.

The location was near my family's home The carpet was filthy. The health department needs to do an inspection and close this hotel down. The shower didn't have a shower curtain. When I called the front desk they said someone will be there and no one ever came.

The staff The rooms smelled awful and weren't clean. We had no towels to take showers and no staff were up front to ask for some. There was blood in the room and no shower curtain

Absolutely nothing They have a roach problem and need to take care of it. I felt absolutely disgusting after staying in the room.

I liked the fact that the room was clean. The bedding was comfortable and very clean. The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice to have some dishes, silverware, and pots/pans in the kitchen.

The A/C filters were very dirty. The room smells musty. The floor, and sink dirty. Had to clean the floor and filters to be able to shut my eyes. Got sick afterwards, needed antihistamines. All the family members in the room were sneezing with stuffy nose.

Nothing. When I arrived, I had to wait at the front desk (saying "hello" and ringing the bell to get someone's attention). This hotel booking is a complete scam. The hotel was terrible. I didn't stay longer than 20 minutes and was refused a refund after showing pictures of my room. The halls and elevator smelled of cooking oil and cigarette smoke. The room was disgusting with rust. My room window was left open and I could hear people yelling from the parking lot. The room looked nothing like the advertised pictures. I felt unsafe and voiced my concerns to the hotel staff and they continued to decline a refund.
