I was very disappointed.

Great rooms and very clean

This was probably my favorite stay at VA Beach. The property was clean. The staff was nice. The view was amazing. They take cash in case you need that info. The room was spacious and stocked. And the entertainment around the hotel was nice. Highly recommend

Overall, it was a good stay. Shout out to housekeepers, Mack and Urmi. They kept our room in stock with towels and exceptionally clean. They also offered my children extra sand toys, just promising to leave them before we left. Pros: Entryway had hooks for hanging, cubby for shoes, and a body length mirror. The bathroom had great lighting and decent water pressure. The patio furniture was very nice. The bedding was firm, but soft. We had plenty of pillows. Nice hallway lighting and hotel decor. Cons: Community microwave. Small bathroom with no exhaust fan. Bathroom handle was wobbly and broken, but still locked. The bed frames were hard, and the corners are dangerous- My son skinned his shin sliding off of the bed. Room phone didn’t work. Some of the USB outlets were broken. The room air was kind of stuffy and the AC filter was thick with dust- both of my kids got runny noses and coughs from the room). The indoor pool didn’t have good water drainage, which caused the floor to be extremely slick. The drains were set up too high and you could just barely squeegee some of the floor water into the drain. The little marketplace was priced really high. Rating: 6.5/10

Very overpriced snack bar, I.e. $7 water, $6 skittles or chips. Etc. valet was only available 8a.m. - 9pm. So I parked myself in “no park” zone. No refill of “free” coffee in room. These should be basic amenities. Definitely not luxurious!

When entering the hotel, I was greeted by Trevor at front desk. Usually they are informative about the rooms, parking, any pre-charges, etc. He didn't tell me everything about the parking. The guy outside at Valet was nice and explained the different parking options. Wasn't informed about using the key card to use the elevator. A couple heading to their room explained how to use the elevator. Also didn't explain that I was being charged $200 for accidental or damages. My girlfriend went in to get additional information while I was unloading the car and he was dismissive. Thats the only thing we didn't like about our stay. The restaurant/bar was nice and the bartender, she was great both nights we were there. Back to Trevor, he didnt have an attitude or anything, he just need to make sure people checking in know everything without surprises.

It was reallly nice

Worth every penny. I had reservations cleanliness but with the prompt responses before my arrival allayed my concerns. During my stay I assured that the AC filter be replaced and they did that promptly. Beautiful view. The atmosphere was sophisticated and simply nice!

Room was ok …walk in shower is small. Room was clean and bed was comfortable we were located on the 2nd floor….ocean front balcony however balcony overlooks the roof of the restaurant which was not a pleasant sight. Parking garage is terrible very dirty not worth the $15 charge per day.

This was more of a staycation but the room and view was amazing! There was a bit of a nat problem but I think it was more humidity related. The CLEANLINESS was my favorite part! Not even dust bunnies! I'd definitely go back.

The staff were awesome friendly the valay staff were very professional and the restaurants that attached to the hotel staff are professional and the food is amazing the room was clean and we were able to check in early Nothing

Was very clean. Breakfast was good Person at the welcome desk was exceptionally rude

There isn't a microwave in each room, there was ONE located on each floor. That was a little inconvenient if you wanted to warm something up, to have to go down the hallway to use it. The ice machine also wasn't working on the second floor, so we had to go up a floor to get ice, which you would think on such a busy weekend that they would have had that fixed! The hotel does have it's own parking deck, but you have to pay to park. I don't remember if Booking states that or not.

This is an older hotel but it’s well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect which is reflected in the pricing. My room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. The room is a little small but if you had more people in it but just fine for a solo traveler. The bathroom is definitely on the small side where the closing door comes close to the toilet but still manageable for me. The parking garage is a little inconvenient because it’s about a block away so plan to drop bags and walk back. It’s not difficult at all just not ideal. The garage is multilevel with no elevator so plan accordingly. There is a valet option at a considerable cost. They park the cars in the same lot. Similar to other garages in VA Beach the spaces are uncomfortably tight. I would definitely return here for a future stay.

Great location. It was nice having a nice restaurant on site. Elevator was difficult to use. Needs upgrade.

The bathroom was dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy. The beds and the furniture was cracked up. The t v had bad reception and the balcony door did not close all the way had cracks in it. I would not recommend this hotel to any friends. The hotel rooms are in really bad shape. The bedrooms furniture was really bad and cracked up and broken. The bathroom floor was filthy and no hooks to hang the towels on the t.V.Reception was horrible. The back on the door would not close. All the way and the a c didn't work.
