Elevators were a bit slow but we enjoyed our stay

This is the best Hotel on the Boardwalk! 2 great restaurants downstairs with outdoor seating and live entertainment every night!!! 5 Steps from the beach! Huge and safe parking lot right across the street! Huge balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! $21 Lobster Rolls right across the street!!!! Staying here is a no brainer!!!!! Very quiet at night!!!

Outlets didn’t work. Hot water didn’t work a wooden plank almost fell off the ceiling on my children. And staff was rude and unprofessional when we tried to complain. Want a refund

The house keeping made sure our trash was changed everyday while we were there!

One of them in each set was always not functioning. in addition to being inconvenient, it did not make you feel safe using elevator. One receptionist guy on check-in was more argumentative than helpful. they need to be trained on customer satisfaction, more effectively. i’m Hilton HHonors member and did not feel like that at all being at the Hilton property. on the positive side, the room was clean and the view was very nice

Location was good. The carpet was worn and looked dirty. You could not request room cleaning from the floor staff. Someone was always working on the hallway floors so you had to always be on guard. We were disturbed one night with a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building with whatever clothing we had on. Nobody seemed apologetic over what we understood was a worker inadvertently waiving something in front of a vent.

Breakfast was OK, and the location was perfect. The public areas of the hotel were just a little bit shabby, especially the elevators and hallways--just below par for a Hilton Hotel. However, the staff members and parking attendants were just wonderful-professional, welcoming, and helpful. See above

Room was great! Shower was excellent! Didn't find a fridge in there, but I had a little cooler, and y'all had ice. Would definitely stay again.

I came here with my boyfriend and family and we had the best time! The hotel is in the perfect location, it was super clean and the room was comfortable and spacious! We had a great experience.

My only complaint is that the laundry facility was not working. All machines were out of order.

Beautiful lobby and incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff! The recent renovations are noticeable, though our room didn't quite match the photos minor issues like a bathroom door that wouldn't open fully, a stuck drawer, and a stiff balcony door. That said, the restaurant food was great, parking was easy, and the team was always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, one elevator was out of service when we tried to use it, but overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

The hotel is located close to the beach.
