Unas vacaciones de 3 días aquí y fue excelente no tuvimos ningún proble a la habitación limpia y todo en orden

After reading negative reviews I would like to say it was a great hotel for our vacation week. The manager took great care of us, hotel has a beach vibe, newly remodeled, our room was perfect for four. Beds comfortable, room clean, air conditioning great. The pool was right on the beach, poolside Aqua bar and ice cream shop. Great music and atmosphere! Breakfast was just basics. Overall for Virginia Beach a great hotel.

They must have been either short staffed or have staff that just didn't care. There were regularly piles of dirty towels and sheets in the hallways, coffee pots empty and dirty floors everywhere. The despcrition said there were microwaves in the room and there was not, only in the lobby and the breakfast room. Also, parking was charged at $10/day which there was no mention of either. The view was great but that is the only thing good about this hotel.

Expedia shows free parking but it is actually $10 per day at a separate lot across the street. The hotel waived this for me when I showed them the printout of my booking page.

Place was great

Not clean. Breafast buffet has not many options, no hot food. Only muffin, bagel, oat, few fruits, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, tea, cereals.

It was a good location, the partial view was better than we thought. The bed sucked, the free breakfast was terrible with limited options. The hallway was super hot/humid. The elevators were kinda rickety, we had to press the “open door” button a couple different times as it didn’t automatically open when it reached the desired floor. The outdoor furniture was super rusty & worn out. No microwave in the room but two on the 2nd floor. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. The furniture in the room seemed really dated, though the floors were tile and the bathroom was updated. The AC unit was a little older too but it did the job. We did see a few gnats. Also if you like to go to bed early they’re playing loud music all day/evening at the pool/bar area which is right outside the window. Also the parking garage is across the street, & when we got there there were no luggage carts so we had to lug all of our belongings across the street & to the 4th floor. I’m chronically ill & it’s hard on my body to do that. It was the cheapest option for a hotel on the beach so it was decent for the price I guess but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We only stayed one night due to our schedule. Upon arriving I shared I was a little nervous about the reviews I read online. The front desk staff was very upfront about how they could help provide towels and some items as housekeeping was a bit short handed. We arrived early, but they gave us the parking pass (which is across the street). We were able to use their pool, walk steps to the ocean, use their facilities to change, all before we checked in. I even saw the front desk staff take an older couples luggage and put it behind the desk so they could enjoy time before check-in. I came back to check in and was given room 601. The room was remodeled and has a great view of the ocean. The hotel is steps away from the beach which is very convenient. A couple improvements needed is new patio chairs, they were rusty so we didn't want to stain our clothes. The hallways and elevator could use some renovation. No hot breakfast, but at least cereal and muffins/bagels. Cute little bar/restaurant and ice cream shop right next to the pool. The staff up front was really great. I hope Hilton continues to invest in the clean-up because they have great staff and thats half the battle.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Itself was not. The hall had doors open to outside and there wasn’t covers on the fire alarms. The staff was not very professional. They didn’t know what was going on one checked us in and later we went back and they didn’t have any of our information.. and the tow truck people are tow happy.. I didn’t have an issue with them, but we seen many a car being towed and one staff told us they sometimes don’t even check they just Tow.

Customer service training would be appropriate for front desk staff.

Building in poor conditons, old dated carpets, one of the receptionist not kind at all with us!

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the balcony view. However, the room was extremely small where we could not walk to the windows without squeezing past the foot of the bed and the dresser and desk table.

Loved the room,beds,pool,ocean view. The older lady whom I was told her name was Nikki was VERY RUDE! There was no reason for her to act the way she did. However everyone ad everything else was great. Th breakfast options could be better as well.

It was close to the festival we had, and the pool was great. Front desk was polite and bar staff was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast was only cereal and bagels. We would have liked a better room option after spending $1500 on two nights, we were offered first or second floor, we picked the second so we could see out of our balcony. We recievd the room directly outside of the elevator, which was a bummer. Also, the elevators were pretty janky and didn't have any elevator inspections. They took so long we just took the stairs. Furniture on the patio was old, broken and rusty. Other than that it was great.

Wonderful location, but the team is the brightest point of this hotel

First, the person at the front desk must really hate her job! Stood there for five minutes or more while she had her butt high in the air leaned over the desk talking to another employee. Didn’t even acknowledge I was there until the other employee looked at this certain front desk employee and said “I think she needs help.” With that, she huffed, puffed and blew the house down with a “do you need some help?” I’m thinking, would I be standing here if I wasn’t? Room was nasty, chairs on balcony was so rusty, we were afraid to sit on them. Pics on Expedia was false advertisement. Being called part of the Hilton was a disgrace

Room was semi clean, just lots of sand on the floor. One of the two elevators was out. We used to the stairs to go down every time due to the long wait to use the elevator. Very small luggage carts and not many. No microwaves in room, but there’s one in the lobby and outside the breakfast room - very old and takes a long time to reheat. Overall was ok but won’t stay here again.
