The property has a mini kitchen, hot tub, indoor pool and restaurant. It was on the beach and parking good. The air conditioning caught fire in my room and the tub had a constant drip. I had to be moved to another room. The staff apologized but offered no discount for my trouble.

Location was great

The location was perfect. However, many of the aspects of the hotel was poor. The hotel was dated and it showed throughout. From the beginning we experienced a very slow check-in process; more than likely due to the outdated computer system and software. The rooms also reflected the age of the hotel. From old furniture, to rusty pipes to not having telephones in the rooms (which would allow visitors to contact front desk, make calls or order from restaurant). Cleanliness was almost non-existent. We had to switch rooms three time due to bad smell in rooms(s), dirty, stained and dated furniture, unclean kitchenette appliances and outdated bathrooms and technology. Lack of soundproofing resulted in noisy neighbors and hallways. Manager was not available and after eventually contacting by email, reply deflected our issues and offered no help or compesation or reimbursement.

I liked the location and the staff was friendly. My bathroom was not cleaned like it should have been. I didn’t like the smell of the room.

The location was great. The hotel was not clean, the shower was disgusting with pink and black mold and dirty footprints on the bottom. I told the front desk, they said they would send someone to clean it and re-caulk the shower. No one came, I went to the desk 2 more times with no results. I ended up cleaning it myself. The pink mold came right off which tells me that no one had cleaned the shower in weeks.

The room wasn't very clean and smelled bad. The bathroom fan didn't work. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. We had to get blankets as they didn't leave them in the room. The microwave had a molding sandwich in it. Over all we stayed because we had reservations but we will not be back and will not recommend. The door needed repairs so you had to go through the restaurant on a wet slippery floor from the beach. The staff was okay but not really very nice.

Excellent location on the oceanfront boardwalk. Love the ocean view balcony. We had a few issues with furniture and accessories that did not work but the front desk staff was wonderful! They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Kudos to Angie especially.

The closeness to the beach and boardwalk Our room’s pull out couch was broken and you had to request the linen for the pull out couch it should be in the closet already.
