The beds were very comfortable and cozy. I slept really well, and the bedding felt clean and fresh. While the beds were comfortable, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. I had to switch rooms after discovering what appeared to be mold, and there was also a strong mildew smell in the room. This was concerning from both a cleanliness and maintenance standpoint. Additionally, the elevator had a broken button, which made using it feel unsafe and uncomfortable. These are issues that should be addressed promptly, especially when guests are paying for a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. Although there were some positive aspects of my visit, the mold, mildew odor, and elevator maintenance issues significantly impacted my overall experience.

The staff were friendly and professional. The on-site restaurant was excellent. The decor and furniture in the rooms was dated and needs to renovated. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. Also, the no smoking and vaping rules need to be enforced, because during our stay we could smell weed in our room.

Near restaurants That the staff was rude about the situation off bed bugs being in bed and pull out sofa and blame us like we bought them in because they never had this situation before but wouldn’t refund us our money back but said we had the option to move next door to a handicapped mobility room or can leave which that was rude to say

Did need more maintenance though! Microwave was broken, TV screen had line through it. Hot tub was 108 degree F and had not been serviced (or cleaned?) in 6 days (maintenance aware) and windows out to ocean in pool area filthy. faucet in bathroom sink was missing cover so sprayed aggressively.

Very friendly staff and the food and entertainment at the restaurant was great and delicious. Parking for the hotel was just across the street and the elevators were fast with no wait time. The room was not ready at check in time so hung out at the beach for a couple hours. When I did get to my room it was freshly cleaned and smelled great. The balcony and view was great from the 5th floor. Only improvement I can say is needed is the couch and chair could use a deep clean. I would for sure stay again because the staff and atmosphere were awesome.

It’s pleasant and the room is fully equipped with all the things needed. Nothing.

There were no other housekeeping services. The employees were all very nice.

Oceanfront Not maintained well. Broken doors in the dresser, 2 TVs with remotes that didn’t work. Carpet in the bedroom had a bad smell.

While labeled as a resort, this did not even have breakfast? I have stayed at many resorts, This is a motel on the ocean...big difference. Complimentary breakfast. Expected more from the UPDATED rooms. Hot tub had issues. Staff was excellent....
