My overall stay is definitely amazing. From the cleanliness,down to the attentive staff,and ofcourse the breakfast buffet .I enjoyed my stay here.

Everything was good about the hotel just the first room we were originally given, the AC did not work.

The front desk staff can be a little more friendly and cleaning has room for improvement but at the end of the day, you get what you paid for. I would recommend it as a budget friendly option and because of location.

The area is very busy, but there are plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance, along with lots of gift shops. You can also rent bikes to ride along the beach, which was a lot of fun. There were even fireworks on some nights, which was a nice bonus. There’s a Walgreens nearby if you need anything, and it’s also just a short drive to other stores and restaurants. At first, the staff didn’t seem very friendly, but once we spoke with them, they were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, and the staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and refilling the stations. It does get crowded closer to the 10:00 AM closing time, so I recommend going earlier to avoid the crowds. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed only one night and enjoyed our stay completely. Our room was very relaxing with a beautiful view of the ocean. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying anytime.

The property is great but we are not happy with the staff in the front desk. So many people are waiting to check in , it’s over an hour waiting in the lobby waiting. And the 2 ladies in the desk were not friendly. They have to be train how to smile and how to welcome their guests warmly. That’s all they really need to improve. The supervisor lady at least had tried to help.

Good staff love the breakfast clean room but maybe need some renovation love that the floor is not carpet

What I did not like was the continental breakfast. I appreciate that is is included, but I’m not a fan of powdered eggs. Also, there were flies in the area where the food was and the things like whipped cream and toppings didn’t have anything to cover them. Some of the guests let me know before I put any on my waffles and I shared with guests as well. There needs to be a cover or top for EVERYTHING.
