Great stay

The biggest disappointment was that we were there for 3 days on the beach and our room was not swept except for the first day. There was sand all over the floor, making it slippery and, frankly, gross. There was also a "shortage of washcloths" on the last full day there. Also, even though it was stated all over the property that it is a no-smoking building, every time we tried to use our balcony, we were met with the smell of both cigarettes and pot. Our neighbors routinely threw their butts off their balcony.

Parking was extra but was convenient in a parking garage. Onsite pool was indoor which isn’t ideal in the summer time. There is an attached restaurant. Was nice being on the boardwalk.

Breakfast could be better but a great stay none the less

When I made the initial reservation, it was for 7 days (Sat thru Sat). I was very pleased that we found something that met our needs - 2 units with 3 bedrooms each. A week or two later, I received a text from the host informing me that my reservation was canceled. However, there appeared to be an option available that would provide 2 units, one for 7 days, the other for only 6 days. This was offered as a feasible option. But we could not divide my family, with some staying and some being forced to leave a day early. In over 50 years of making reservations at numerous hotel chains, I've never had this experience after a reservation was made. An offer was finally made for a 6-day reservation for both units (with a refund), and I accepted. The host then stated that this arrangement would need confirmation. 4 days before we left home, the arrangements were finally confirmed.

Loved the view! Room was bigger then expected. Breakfast was fantastic everyday. Beach in front of hotel was well maintained with easy access.

The hotel and the staff were great ,the entrance in the garage looked a little shabby could use decor there ,i would cone back for a stay there from now on .The beach veiw was wonderful and access to the beach was perfect Thank you so much .

The stay was okay. We had to physically move the microwave so we can plug it up and use it. For me, bedding was not comfortable and not fully clean either. Other than that the staff was nice and very helpful.

The views were wonderful and also the breakfast was delicious and clean. The AC was to noisy.

PROS-The view from our 7th floor was spectacular. The room itself was a good size for 2 people, and the bed was quite comfy. The shower/tub was plenty big with nice hot water and good pressure. Check in and check out was easy. The parking garage is very convenient, but take note-it is $20 per day to park. The boardwalk is clean and had so much to do! The restaurants and shops along Atlantic Ave were easy to walk to. We didn’t even need our car. CONS- The bathroom had mold and the water smelled like rotten eggs. It’s a pet-friendly hotel, so dogs were barking in the rooms beside us all the time! Shame on their humans!! Breakfast wasn’t that great. Undercooked sausage and potatoes, so we ate at local restaurants the rest of our stay. The housekeeping staff could use much more training on how to properly clean. Our room got “cleaned” twice during our 5 night stay. My husband had to get us clean towels daily, and he even borrowed their broom to seep our floor. The indoor pool is super tiny and was dirty. I won’t stay at this particular location again.

Created memories with sand and ocean views, great food, and great times. Love the balcony with open door sleeping to ocean waves. Amazing. If you look for things to complain about, you may find a few, but nothing big. The pool is great. Location and parking great. Breakfast way better than average.
