The room was clean, the comfortable beds, the beautiful view, it is central very recommended

Except for not knowing that their wasn't enough parking and you had to park a little over a block away when the limited parking was full. If you are not able to walk very far it would be a problem.

Everything was good. TV had to call the front desk to figure out how to get it to work, but other than that room was great. Parking is across the street, about a block over, which is a bit of annoyance but not that big of a deal. They have a tiny parking lot. I'd definitely stay again. It's nice having a restaurant right on site as well.

Everything was pretty nice the rooms have a lot of space the only downside was checkin was at 4 and I had to sit in the lobby til 530 because they didn’t have a room ready

Bed bugs

Really super friendly and accommodating desk attendant and housekeepers. The off site parking was inconvenient and the card key kept deactivating due to your phone or credit card...PAIN. Trash and other debris on roof in view from the balcony. Restaurant food not so great.

And with all this, a $150 deposit was required.

The only complaint was the restaurant downstairs has the garbage so close and it smelled so bad

Don’t accept Room 314. The ocean view is blocked by a building, it’s right above the bar that blasts music until 3AM, and the toilet backed up.

We loved being right on the boardwalk. In fact, this was our second time staying here. We came back, because we enjoyed our stay here last year. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It’s a little older than some of the hotels, so it isn’t pristine, but it is well-maintained and comfortable. The room had a fridge, coffee pot, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and even mouth wash. The TV had cable, and there were USB plugs for charging phones and other devices.

The room wasnt bad, the toilet was horrible, the toilet didn't flush properly, house keeping did not clean our room 4 out of the 6 nights we stayed, we had no soap, shampoo or wash cloths, no coffee , and the parking is terrible. Our door key did not work five times. They had to reprogram the lock once.

Not luxury accommodation but overall very comfortable and a great location. Staff were pleasant and helpful and everything was clean. Parking is a bit of a pain but i think most if not all hotels on the beach have the same issue. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room was not cleanest. Fortunately I travel with my own cleaning products and wiped all the dust stuck to the walls in the bathroom. Pull out couch had some old snacks inside of it when we opened it. It was also extremely uncomfortable…could feel the springs right through the mattress. We made the best of the situation though and still enjoyed our stay. The ocean front view was fantastic though and did make us forget about the inside of the room. Seeing dolphins jump out of the water every morning from the balcony made it all worth it.

The room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean but on the 4th floor;all you can hear is the stupid AC units instead of the peaceful ocean waves!! I called the desk to ask for a room change but the lady was very rude and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I didn't enjoy my stay and will not be me returning if that's how they treat the guests?? How rude!!

Staff very friendly. Love the free water, coffee, fruits. Having to walk to our car.

Little out dated but just needs to be updated some, but the view from the beach was awesome

Location was good. Rooms were clean. Linens (washcloths) not available one of the days there. Had to change rooms once because one bed sunk to the floor.

I enjoyed my room and the location as well as the friendly staff.

Relatively clean, spacious room. Great oceanfront views. Parking is not onsite, but rather a couple of blocks away - wasn't a problem - but we weren't totally aware of that prior. Beware of dining in the Calypso Bar & Grill in the hotel - they have a terrible roach problem. My husband saw multiple large roaches running all over the dining area while people were dining.
