The fridge could have been a lot Colder. And they need to have a broom and dustpan in the room. Also not much space for your clothes.

Jumpin Shrimp requires more attention to detail. Definitely a lack of attentive service. Staff wanted to know how the bill was taken care of before successfully understanding our meal orders.(rude) Jumpin Shrimp waitresses never explained drink specials and double charged for some of our food. Ensure breakfast and dinner menus are updated to cut confusion and add a few desserts.

This is our second stay here and we love it. Staff is very kind and helpful. The location is perfectly positioned to be within walking distance of just about everything you could want or need. We loved that there is also a small convenience store right downstairs, and we visited it FREQUENTLY. They have a little bit of everything. Swimsuits, paper plates, souvenirs, straw hats, etc. It was nice to not have to venture out for little things we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The restaurant was also very good, and the staff made sure to interact with my niece that was with us, making her feel like the most important person in the room! They were wonderful with her, and she absolutely loved our waitress! She had the best time! We will be back to stay again for sure! We were very happy with our stay. There really wasn't anything we didn't like, but a few small details that could improve. The water pressure in the shower could be a bit better, but we realize there are a lot of people showering all the time. The toilet handle was constantly stuck in the downward position, so we just had to make sure to wiggle and lift the handle to fill the tank so we could flush it. :) It is nice to have on-site laundry as well, but there was only one working washer, which made it take quite a while if you have several loads to wash, but it worked out okay!

The location is excellent, the restaurant was really great, but the bathroom was out of date, the sink area had no space, the toilet is too low, no grab bars to help, and the shower floor was very slippery.
