I cancelled my RSVP 4 hours after booking.... An emergency came up. I did it virtually. Then spoke to an agent. The hotel said I never cancelled it. WRONG. Expedia tried to get my money back. I stay at this spot for the past few summers. I will not stay here again. I got charged for the stay I never stayed at. NOT cool

The staff was friendly. Our room was ready early and really clean, which is my main requirement. The room did not smell dewy like some beach hotels do. If I had to improve something, it would be the Lobby bathrooms. They were clean, but beat down.

The location was awesome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom area is too small and there was barely any water pressure at the sink. The mattresses were extremely soft.
