Beach Carousel Motel

I have no idea where to start. Based on the reviews that I read here on Expedia, they were wrong. I do not know why these people and this hotel are still in business!! I think I’m going to let the pictures tell you the story. And if you think you’re gonna get service for your room and towels, think again. You have to request it. Moldy shower, trash around the hotel, rooms falling apart, stained towels, toilets that were not secured, dirty microwave and much, much more. Y’all may be wondering why we just did not leave and go to another hotel, well, there were no other rooms available within a 5 to 6 mile radius. If they were available, they were $1600 for three nights. This hotel was prepaid with absolutely zero refund. They did that on purpose, I see why. There will be a formal complaint filed with the city. ONLY positive things were the location and the staff was actually friendly.

We had no Air conditioning and had to go buy fans for our room when it was 100 + degrees outside. Would not stay here again

Was really close to a lot stuff and walking distance to festival. Both front desk gentleman were really nice guy total gems 💎 i hope i can book this hotel next year also. thank you guys so much. parking was also easy and convenient.

The pictures don’t properly represent the property. It’s dirty, old, dark and unkept. I didn’t even stay there and didn’t get a refund.

The staff was superb. They are all friendly and very helpful. However, you have to take all kitchen needs. There are empty cabinets, so you will have to take everything to cook with, including a coffee pot. You are only 1 block from the beach with great access. The pool is very well maintained. All in all, a very nice place to stay for inexpensive.

Not for fun or vacay stay...most units filled by locals & will complain about noise. Thin walls & older facility. Decent enough to stay a night but we checked out early. Walking distance to beach tho.

Bedspreads could use a power washing, but overall, we enjoyed the location and access to the indoor pool across the street. Staff was great!

There was NO HEAT or A/C there were rusty fans no irons in the room the beddings was so thin u needed another blanket there was a hole in the ceiling that was stuffed with paper towels management needs to make some upgrades

They were about about of smell of like smoke around but over all good location They was about of people around us and so we couldn’t sleep well

I highly recommend the stay here at this establishment the place was very well kept nice friendly staff on a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 10 out of 10

Great for any anglers who are looking for a cheap place to stay near the VB fishing pier. Asked if I could leave my car in the parking lot after my check out time, and let me do so. (May vary depending on season). Staff were very nice, very walkable, food and entertainment nearby.

Location No wifi that was supposedly included; no towels or response from staff; it was dirty and smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep. Beds had blood stains and towels were filled with balls of hair. Just gross in general. But the worst part was when the front desk staff announced my room number to make residents. Just really creeped me out, especially since my door lock didn’t work properly.

Manager was awesome, price was great and great location to shops and beach.
