Great ambiance wonderful staff

The hotel staff were so friendly. Very nice!

No fridge in room. Staff very courteous. Valet very nice people.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I arrived with my family for my daughter's birthday week. We learned they wouldn't let us check in early. We spent multiple hours riding around. They didn't offer us any amenities while we waited. The staff said they would call us if rooms became available. Instead, I had to go back to the hotel at check-in time and wait 1 hour to get my belongings upstairs because the 7th-floor hotel had the elevator down and only one elevator. I could not find any luggage help to put my luggage on, so I had to carry my stuff up to my room. When we arrived, we found only a bed and the smallest refrigerator on the floor. Nothing else was as promised. The Expedia pictures were totally wrong. They promised a totally different room and hotel. I was promised an oceanfront king bed with a pull-out couch. None of this was true. We received an ocean view in the corner of a building and no pull-out couch. The hotel then told me Expedia was responsible for this false advertisement, and neither the property nor the Expedia representative could offer a good resolution. Instead, I stayed on the phone with Expedia and the hotel, and yes... got no resolution. The next day, because I was exhausted, I asked, since I had the worst experience, to get out and move to another hotel that had everything I needed, since I had to buy a blow-up mattress for my family to sleep. I mean, totally ridiculous. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for false info.

I really loved the hospitality from the staff and everyone in the hotel. Will definitely booked again. Thanks for the experience. Also our service dog love the attention from the staff.

Need a better parking system shouldnt have to use valet all time allow your guests to park there own car.

Loved the balcony view! The bartender was wonderful and gave helpful places to eat. Highly recommend this property.

The management is amazing! Both Ivy and Gail were so very helpful. The hotel is great but its highlight is definitely the management.

The room was pretty clean, but have very gen z vibes to me. Lights went out a couple times. We didn’t have an ice bucket provided for us. The internet went out for a couple hours as well. There wasn’t a fridge in the room and barely any space. Also the drainage system was horrible, water stayed in the sink for hours. Staff very friendly.

Had a great day and staff was excellent friendly always had a smile on their face very helpful. The room with a nice size and ocean view was wonderful.

The "Room, Multiple Beds, Oceanfront" with double pullout sofa bed sleeping 5 was what was advertised. What we got was two queen beds on a platform against a wall the long way so the foot of both beds came together in the middle and no couch, so no pullout bed or sitting area. The drop down wall desk was useless as it extended too far and anything placed on it would slide off. When I went to the hallway locker to grab an extra pillow I was locked out of the room because the deadbolt was faulty, so proceeded to the front desk where their answer was to issue me another key which I didn't accept. Instead they came up with me and had to pry the door open due to the faulty deadbolt. This is a place for kids, over charges and is in terrible shape. Don't bother calling the GM (Brittany Sumner) she doesn't return calls and per the hotel understands it's misrepresented in its description of being multi-bed with a pullout.

Had 3 different rooms in the first 12 hours- including at 2 am for an electrical problem. The pool was closed for 3 of the 4 days we were there. The staff offered us no remediation or compensation for those issues.

My wife and I had a great stay, we had a partial ocean view room and it was perfect. Room was not very big but just good enough and the bed was super comfy. Very wonderful and attentive staff, Ivy at the FD was great in getting us an early check-in, Karston at the bar was great as well, the DJ and Mike at the Valet stand were awesome in helping provide insight on restaraunts and places to check out in the area. Absolutely love the beachfront access to the beach and he Hotel pool! Def will be back

Absolutely loved the everything about the hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms can be a bit tight in space, but we liked being able to fit all 6 of us in one room (whereas at other hotels we’d have to get two rooms). We requested a fridge for the room but none was available during our stay. I liked being able to do laundry since I didn’t want to take smelly sandy clothes and towels back home. Gym was nice as well. I like how the hotel environment was family friendly. One night we were there they had popcorn at the front desk for guests for their movie night in the lobby area. For an affordable oceanfront stay, Moxy is a great option!
