One of the best hotels my boyfriend and I have stayed at. The room was clean, staff were friendly and view was beautiful.

This was our second stay at this resort and we love it. Hope to be back. The front desk crew is awesome!! They call and/or text checking on you and ur needs throughout your stay

They have onsite parking which is nice. It was confusing to check in since you have to park, then walk down to front desk. You can take the elevator back to your car to unload. There were plenty of carts to unload your vehicle. The unit had a workable kitchen with appliances and a large table. The AC worked well and the unit overall was clean and maintained. The bed was older and not very comfortable. I didn't use the pool or weight room but both looked in good shape. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We asked to exchange towels and they sent a bag of clean towels to our room quickly. They texted me and asked for feedback several times.

We stayed in the oceanfront room and the windows offered an amazing view of Virginia Beach! The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms have a very nice small kitchen outfitted with what you would need to make some simple meals. Hands down now my favorite spot to stay at VA Beach!!

We loved our stay here! The rooms were great just as the pictures described. Staff was wonderful, you can text the front desk with any questions and they respond immediately. The beds aren’t comfortable, but that was really the only complaint that I wish the bed and pull out sofas were softer. Breakfast isn’t provided which would have been nice, but not a big deal. Would definitely return.

Property needs updated. Room smelled like weed. Staff was very helpful, easy access to the beach.

We got the studio room, tiny, but an amazing room! Perfect for one person, pretty nice for two, room was clean and well kept. Being close to the pier was nice, and waves are calm where the hotel is located. Staff was friendly, pool and jacuzzi were amazing, if we got the suite room our stay would probably be a 10/10, for now id rate it a 8.8/10.

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. We ran into an employee in the hallway near our room. We asked her for more towels and she brought a bag of clean warm towels almost immediately. Very responsive. Our room was tiny and had a view of the parking below the room. In a hotel that almost every room faces the ocean we were given one out of a very few rooms that had a view of the parking lot. We paid a very high price for 3 nights and checked in a half hour after check in began. I don't understand why we had a room without a view.

-Phenomenal location that lights up the beach at night! -Close proximity to the pier. -Great views of you get a room with views of the ocean. -Friendly staff! Cons: -Building has shifted some, so some doors require a bit more muscle to open/close. -WiFi was fairly slow (but this was the experience almost everywhere on the oceanfront). -Parking garage is limited.
