Its no AC in the bedrooms the TV didn't work the pull out bed was old and dirty. The many refrigerator was old and dirty. The freezer didn't work. The Parkin was ridiculous, hard to get in and hard to get out. Was nowhere to park homeless people around the hotel. The garbage was coming out of the garbage cans in the parking lot.

The rooms look nothing like what they have online sofa was broke there was white stains all over the bed female staff had nasty attitude

I was lied to about the floor of the stay even though I paid for a higher floor, I was put on the first floor.

This hotel should not have resort at the end of its name. This is by far no resort. It had leaks from the AC on the floor I stay on. My room had a broken toilet paper holder. The tub was rusty, the shower was awful and the bedroom windows was where the ice machine and soda machine was I was not able to sleep because of the machines all night. I had to sleep on the couch the next night. Then to get to the beach you had to walk around the hotel because the entrance to the beach from the hotel had flooded because the sewer was clogged so you would have to walk in sewage to get to the beach. This was a awful stay and janitor hit on me. I felt unsafe.

Now the cons. The service is very hit and miss. The first guy was really nice. We didn’t like our first room because it was messy and dirty. Bathroom was a mess and the A/C was leaking onto the floor. We had our room changed and the guy was very accommodating. The second room was a LITTLE better. The beds are very uncomfortable and small. One wrong move and it’s sliding everywhere. It was still kinda messy in the room. A lot of things were broken. The pool that was advertised was NOT WORKING. I asked why and he said “it’s under repair”. The pool had been under construction for months apparently. So that was very annoying. The hallways are gross and the hotel is in need of a much needed upgrade. The A/C in the hallway was leaking onto the floor and the cord was laying in it which is a MAJOR electrical hazard. Elevator was pretty fast but slow when waiting for it to come if that makes sense. Overall if you want a great location then this is the place for you but I can’t truly recommend it because of the renovations that it needs and the inconsistency of the customer service and cleanliness.

When we got to the room there was men shaved hair in the bathroom sink someone did not clean the suite. Pure laziness. There was NO SOAP, NO SHOWER SOAP. There was no paper towels, There were so many ants in the suit. There mold all over the windows sells. Also The halls had mirjuna smell, and very very dirty.

The room itself had a smudge of blood on the wall that I myself wiped off, and yes I know what blood looks like. The tv in the master bedroom didnt work. They told us the manager had to come the next day and never did. I ended up buying a roku just to watch tv. The master bedroom didnt have AC, and theres a window with no curtain that shines light directly on your face unless you turn in the other direction. Parking is terrible unless you go on the upper level. Will never stay there again. The phone in the room didnt work either and they give u a kitchen with no silverware.

NOTHING! Don't even think about this stinking place and I don't recommend booking.com since their negligent handling of my claim! I have already booked 5 hotels this week on other better sites. There are better options than booking.com, don't risk your holiday and your money! Broken door lock, air conditioner noisier than a tractor and not a cooling, everything is broken, dirty and MOLD!!! Floor with sticky stains, and more. I have videos and pictures. In short, a horrible place and I lost my money because of booking.com, so save your money and don't risk it and your vacation, book elsewhere. In the next two weeks I intend to flood the story online with all the pictures and videos.

The room had bugs. The couches chairs and tables were disgusting. The floors were sandy and so was the bed. The faucets sprayed water everywhere when you turned them on and the blinds would fall if you tried to open and close it. Would not recommend
