The property is under renovation, however the price compensates for this minor inconvenience. The rooms are excellent, spacious and almost sound proof which is great when traveling with children.

Love the view. No one came to sweep or mop the floors. Had to go and ask for clean towels. Parking was not great, we didn’t want to drive out, because we were afraid of finding a parking spot.

First night the pull-out sofa didn't work the front desk got an attitude because the maintenance guy wasn't there and told me oh well and got loud with me on the phone gave me a new room the bed and the new room fell apart staff is rude quality of stuff in the room is s***

Front desk staff had a bad attitude, no parking, elevator stop working with people in it, very dirty, room has 2 TV's but only 1 remote, claimed to have a pool, it was dryer than a bone, only thing this hotel had going for it was the view

Manager had a bad attitude and kept slamming the door out of frustration

The location is super excellent, the room is spacious

Parking is a basic nightmare. Staff was friendly enough. It was clean enough. Nothing extra. The soaps provided was probably the best amenity. But the location is amazing. ✌️

Was a decent place to stay

When I used to come here as a kid it was a wonderful hotel, now it is nothing more than a cheap motel. We arrived almost two hours after check in because of traffic. The lady running the front desk was kind when I spoke with her. I gave her my name and she informed me that the room wasn’t ready(it’s past 5:30 at this point.) Said she only had 4 housekeepers and over 30 check outs for the day we checked in. Understaffed hotels are not the guests problem. We drove two vehicles and you can only have one parking spot, IF you can find one. It’s easy to get trapped in the second floor parking and is a ridiculously tight squeeze in the bottom parking lot. There was another lady in the parking lot that seemed to be waiting to check in as well and asked to use the restroom and the front desk lady told her she didn’t have a bathroom for her to use. When I originally booked this hotel earlier this year they HAD the pool advertised, I booked months in advance and checked the reservation right before we left and called to ask about it. The lady otp told me it was not opening for the season. They took down the “pool” pictures off the Hotel website they were advertising and completely removed it as a amenity and offered nothing in return. I would not have stayed here if I knew the pool would have been closed when I booked months ago. They conveniently didn’t inform the guests like myself that was going to happen. Our room was clean the view was amazing and the easy access to the beach and boardwalk was the best part!

I like how close it was to the beach and the stores I didn’t like that it was two rooms. I think the pullout couch needs to be updated because it kept collapsing. I also think that it needs to be an air circulation in the room with the door because we had to leave the door open the whole time because there was no airflow in there.

Staff and check in and check out was great very friendly people 👍 the parking garage was convenient. The view was incredible. The room was spacious but could use some updates and more furniture.

The hotel looked like it was in a Third World country.

Stay everytime we go see a concert n stay a couple days. Love it. On the beach Need softer beds.

The only nice thing was are room faced the ocean and watching the sunrise..parking horrible..no handicapped parking not enough parking for all rooms. The online picture is very deceiving..property falling apart..

NO POOL!!!, beds hard had to take 2 fulls not king, floors so dirty I put towels down to walk on, the DOOR DID NOT LOCK! had homeless sleeping beside building when rained smelled like piss, was not happy ooo yea room window had no curtains just blinds that seen thru, and ice machine right in front of bedroom window,,, won't do again
