Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Virginia Beach (Oceanfront)

Love the location. Didn't like that there was no "do not disturb" sign to hang on the door. The bathroom fan was broken and did not work, the shower pan could use some updating.

Overall we had a nice few days in a clean room with a great view!

I did send a note to Expedia. The room itself was great. Some of the staff was really nice and kind. When we checked in, it was horrible at check-in. We came in a pick up truck and were told to park in the parking garage. The ceilings were extremely low. The parking garage was extremely tight. It was so low to the second floor that we couldn’t make it. My friend scratched her truck leaving. We asked for parking alternatives and got barely any help. We got handed the list and picked the Church a block away. We asked permission and wrote a piece of paper like we were asked to and put on our truck. A half hour later we got a call from the front desk stating that we had to move the truck again. We drove around for five hours trying to find an overnight parking place. We asked two police officers. One was very nice trying to help us and the other one yelled at us to move on. We asked another officer and he said to park at the convention center, so we found the convention center and park there. We started our walk back and walked past the police station and saw a fire station with a fireman standing outside of the garage. We asked him about parking there and he said he didn’t think it was a good idea, but he would get one of his coworkers to come out and talk to us. So the coworker came out and said he wouldn’t even park his truck there and for us to park at the dome. We walked back to the convention center moved our truck. We pd $25/day. There is more to this story. Horrible exp.

The room is nice. I did have an incident of a cockroach in the room but overall it was a pretty nice stay.

I said yes due to they were just as loud and now 45 min had already passed. Other than that great location, check in was the easiest I had experienced. They allowed us to park before check in time, and have access to restrooms, notified us by text when room was ready. Breakfast is complimentary and was very good. Pricing was basically comparable to all others in area.

The positive is the staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The parking garage is a nice feature but be aware that it is very tight on parking and rounding the corners in the garage. A large vehicle or truck will be difficult to get in there. There are height restrictions of 72”. The breakfast was also nice and had a great selection. High marks for the staff, not so much for the rooms.

Hotel was perfect for 2 nights, only bad thing was toilet, it was broke and leaked when flushed. Beautiful view of ocean!

Friendly staff, excellent service

I have no complaints about my accommodations. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast area was consistently cleaned by the staff. The beach view was just beautiful.
