You'll be charged $9 per vehicle to park, the rooms are small, air conditioner leaking, staff very unprofessional, was told you get deposit back at check out whiand and that's not true, breakfast staff very rude and unprofessional.

The staff at this hotel is great! That is its saving grace. When we arrived, our room was clean but there were no towels in the room. Zero. So I had to go to the front desk for towels. We were there from Thursday to Sunday and housekeeping never came to our room. We had to keep going to the front desk to switch out our dirty towels for clean ones. The shower had no water pressure. None. Trying to get shampoo and conditioner rinsed out under a trickle was ridiculous. The only vending machine was broken so I had to walk across the street to the gas station for drinks. The pool was closed for maintenance for almost the whole stay. Parking is an absolute nightmare. The spots are tiny and you have to pay $9 a night to park there. Plus only one spot was guaranteed per room, which was problematic since I met my daughter at this hotel for our trip and we drove separately. As awesome as the employees are at the front desk, I would not pay almost $1000 again to stay here for three nights.

All good, except the pool was not available when we get there and some untidy areas. Other than that it is all great!

Very nice staff! Loved the pool and breakfast was pretty good Breakfast space was really small so waiting on the waffle maker was very long.

Rooms nicely appointed. Breakfast was good... waffles and or scrambled eggs and sausages. They need to do something about handicap parking. My partner and I are mobility limited. They have ONE handicap space in front of the office. There is an extensive garage, but access from there is difficult.

Pool was out soda machine was out. First room was never cleaned. Second had flooding on the balcony. Breakfast area was dirty. Definitely not worth the price of the room. Wasn't impressed..

The young woman at check-in was so kind. She was such a pleasure when we needed more towels. The breakfast room was crowded, but staff at breakfast worked non-stop keeping everything well stocked. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, a minute or two. The room was very clean, and I’m very picky. It wasn’t a high-end hotel but it was very well-kept. I would definitely return.

The front desk staff was the best.
