Nice room. Good employment. good food. Ice machines weren’t working on my floor. Elevators were scratchy

I like the hotel and the view but the breakfast is not good and not organized the worst food ever

The property was top tier I would absolutely stay again and again! It’s a Beautiful Hotel! staff was excellent, pleasant, helpful and always smiling! My only complaint was the hair in my bathtub. It’s not major and wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

We liked the property because it was close to everything in the staff was very friendly. We didn’t like that the pictures from the room that we got were very different from the room that we had seen. It was small for a party of six. Also, they did not have cold water. It was impossible to shower with extremely hot water. And the outdoor pool is not connected to this property. It is at a different hotel. The breakfast served was always the same. They didn’t really have a variety it was just scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, bagel, muffins, waffles, and a verity of cereal.

Clean and update room and lobby. Room was large and comfortable and nice view of the ocean. Ocean walkway was good and clean. Lots of things to do and many restaurants nearby.

View Fridge did not work in room ruined all my food Garbage overflowed everyday Baby crib was broke
