Days Inn by Wyndham Virginia Beach At The Beach

First thing, the picture shows a full-size refrigerator and we got a mini refrigerator. The stove is dirty and look like my grandmother had it in her house. That’s how old it was. Two queen beds one had sand and I don’t know what was on the sheets so that’s telling me the sheets were never changed that it was just made TV didn’t work. Maintenance Man came. Took care of the problem. Turned it on the next day. Same thing didn’t work. pool area was really nice. Rest of the hotel is dated in desperate need of updates especially the appliances in the room. Elevators were very dirty. Didn’t even wanna touch the button thinking I might catch some type of disease. PS I work for a university as Maintenance so I know what a room should look like because we cleaned Dorm rooms.

The location was perfect, the pool was very nice! The room was outdated, it looked clean and organized until we took off our shoes and there was sand all over the floors. When we got ready for bed the sheets felt gritty as if there was sand on the bed as well.

We love this place and property all employees and owners are so cordial. Have stayed here for 28 years and will keep going back.

The property was disgusting the room was filthy mold on walls needed a fresh coat of paint also sinks were clogging up kitchenette was filthy the continental breakfast set up was terrible and they had an infestation of roaches in the room I left three days days early…

Exceptional

The pool is our kids Favorite. And location Cleanliness was an issue. We’ve stayed there before and liked it but this time when we went to go to bed the bedding had what looked like dried blood all over it.

i liked room was comphy/staff was professional/ good for this price/near by small stores was exellent/breakfast OK/if you travel on budget and look for places to sleep

The location was great, breakfast was really good and the beds were so cozy. The pool was great, too. Room wasnt as clean as I'd like.

The room/bathroom and foul smell, the floor wasn’t cleaned , tv remote doesn’t work, internet/tv went in and out.

The breakfast needs to improve. Ppl were waiting on the eggs constantly. And a major lapse of bringing them out. Says they were egg & cheese omelettes and they were just egg & cheese scramble. No protein such as meats & peanut butter. Poor layout, ppl want the waffles but it tied up the area getting from area to another. And unfortunately the waffles weren’t that great. No whipped cream for the waffles or any other toppings. Great location to the beach. Very walkable. Fitness center had no air conditioning. The pool was very nice though. Not the most comfortable beds but doable. The room was slightly damp… understand due to the location but needs a dehumidifier.
