Dirty, I did not stayed there, they do not want to refund my money

ROACHES. NO CLEAN TOWELS. NO POOL.

Everything there is bad they post fakes pictures but the interior is totally different nasty

We got in to town at 1215 am that night and checked in. At 1225 we were back in our vehicle leaving. It was so dirty and filthy. Sheets were used and dirty. Blank was stained. Pillows wee 10 years old flat and dirty. My sneaked stuck to the floor from one end to the other nasty

Don’t go. It’s not worth the savings

NO DOOR KNOB ON THE BATHROOM DOOR , And just a dead bolt on the front door . floor was dirty when we arrived

Enough to stay

We had a two day stay and our first room we were not happy with because we found hair on the bed and there was dirt all over the floor. We went to the office and asked for another room and she was very happy to get us another room. The staff were 10/10. Our second room was better but not by much. Room service also never came through to clean and I believe the lady who helped us wears all the hats. She was awesome but very overworked. Over all staff is good as possible but the stay was not satisfactory for what we paid.

The hotel was terrible—dirty, with insects in the room; the bathroom was filthy, the towels were yellow, and the room smelled bad. Everything was awful; I couldn't sleep.

The staff works hard. The work under tough conditions. It's a sketchy area and a lot of drug use goes on there. Our room had roaches. Tub was cracked. I do not recommend staying there if you have kids!!

Never stay there place look disgusting we saw curtains with mold and saw a guy spraying something for roaches and they charge like we stay and that disgusting place they front desk not helpful and rude

I did not stay there. When i arrived, it looked really horrible, very very sketchy and not safe for my family.

The room was disgusting, hair and makeup on the pillows. Walked in then walked out

OK, is it one of those extra deluxe hotels a few blocks away. No. But they're trying. They had a working microwave and small refrigerator. The staff was kind and helped us through a family emergency. I would stay there again. And they allow pets.

Room had bugs on the floor and bed mold on exposed wood broken lamp in the floor refused to give refund.

rooms have roaches. staff are okay other than the fact they kicked us out denied my service dog and even had police involved. i do not recommend coming here at all, location is amazing right at the beach and all the stores. everything else sucks.

Cockroaches and other bugs in the light fixtures crawling around and also on the floor. Cigarette lots of burn holes in the sheets tiny bugs with weird wads of hair in the bed cover . They make you pay $65.00 that they keep even if you do not stay there. The tub had a big whole in it they fixed with some kind of soft puddy then painted it white . It felt like you were going to fall through the tub. We slept on top of the sheets, and we still felt like we were going to bring home bugs. In the air conditioner look like it was falling out.. it was very loud!! It also felt very unsafe. Nastiest place i've ever stayed. Are the cabinets were nailed shut and painted shut. There was a lot of dead bugs broken pens and other items that looks like it's been there for years. in the night stands and dresser underneath the t v.
