White Marlin Inn

rooms have roaches. staff are okay other than the fact they kicked us out denied my service dog and even had police involved. i do not recommend coming here at all, location is amazing right at the beach and all the stores. everything else sucks.

Cockroaches and other bugs in the light fixtures crawling around and also on the floor. Cigarette lots of burn holes in the sheets tiny bugs with weird wads of hair in the bed cover . They make you pay $65.00 that they keep even if you do not stay there. The tub had a big whole in it they fixed with some kind of soft puddy then painted it white . It felt like you were going to fall through the tub. We slept on top of the sheets, and we still felt like we were going to bring home bugs. In the air conditioner look like it was falling out.. it was very loud!! It also felt very unsafe. Nastiest place i've ever stayed. Are the cabinets were nailed shut and painted shut. There was a lot of dead bugs broken pens and other items that looks like it's been there for years. in the night stands and dresser underneath the t v.

Great customer service, but property was very old and dirty

The air conditioner was not blowing cold air into the room and it was 101 outside. Also people live on the property and are dealing drugs through the rooms. I felt unsafe and will never ever stay there again. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

The hotel does not offer breakfast or other amenities, but parking is included, which is convenient. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It’s only about a five-minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it a good base for exploring Virginia Beach. I also want to recognize the wonderful lady at the front desk. She has apparently worked there for many years, and her kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed and was by far the best part of our experience. Overall, this is a budget-friendly hotel that serves its purpose if you simply need a place to sleep while spending your days enjoying Virginia Beach. Just don’t expect modern accommodations or resort-style amenities.

This is my go to motel, two blocks from the beach with a good price.

I love the location! Very close to the beach! But they need renovation! Everything is old, stain on the bedding. Bugs, bathrooms dirty, cockroaches in the room, fridge and the bathroom!

Okay place to stay if you have no where else. In my opinion the close was typical beach town. Priced high because they can.

I won’t to stay and ask to redound me money but they don’t want to do? In Expedia about rooms say non smoking but they lying. It’s not fear.

BED BUGS, DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!

there was obviously no TLC put into the building. a lot of the issues are cosmetic pillowcases with stains on them. toilet seat covers and showers with stains in it doors with cracks at the top. so air is coming through the door. the chain to lock the door is broken and there were bugs. all of this could be dealt with with fresh linen. even the towels were old and stained. just just some some TLC and upkeep would make it nice and it was expensive

It were okay. I wish the picture look like the hotel.
