Schooner Inn

The AC vent had a kind of noise and during the night it had been very loud and made me feel uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep well.

This is my FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY @ VA BEACH

I love everything about this hotel, is so quiet at night and you don’t hear annything from others rooms we all sleep like babies, and I love the bathroom in the 4th floor is so nice to have that ! We will be back

The front desk staff was amazing.

My go to stay when wanting comfortable space on the beach.

Great view of oceanfront and inlet from our room. Staff were all kind and courteous. Whirlpool tub looking out at oceanfront was nice compliment to room.

Very nice, very spacious room with kitchen. Awesome view overlooking the ocean. Staff was friendly.

Va Beach is home to me, but I haven’t lived there in years. When I visit (5-6 times per year) I always stay here. It’s accessible, I love the kitchen (Altho I bring my own necessities) and the views (!!) sun sets/rises over the ocean? Never gets old

The hot tub in our room was an amazing bonus. The view of the ocean and being able to watch surfers was such a treat. The trolly stopped right in front of the hotel and was a nice bonus. The park on the beach was a great attraction for kids. Restaurants are within walking distance. The oceanfront boardwalk was a nice way to walk to the shops and restaurants. If I lived closer!

The hotel was quite nice. I liked that the floor in the room was not carpeted. The view of the beach was outstanding, and the staff were all pleasant. We will most definitely return for another stay.

Everything was very nice except parking spaces were a bit tight for a mid-size SUV

Some of the employees 1.I booked for one type of room , they gave us another type. 2. Room was very small , a chair was broken, did not replaced 3. Smells marijoana 4. Very noisy at night

Staff was excellent. The room was nice, could use some updating and cleaning. We had a wonderful view of the ocean but the window was smudged. We found bottle cap and a paper clip on the floor so I’m not sure how clean the floor was. The bathroom floor had part of the doorstop broken so that could have been dangerous if stepped on. We still had a nice stay and enjoyed the hot tub.

Ocean front with balcony, outdoor pool, safe, walkable to several great restaurants, plenty of parking.

Comfortable bed with many pillows.

Beach view and access was great. Was able to walk out our back door and access the beach with no issues. Front desk attendant was very professional and kind. Looking forward to returning soon.
