Only downfall was the lack of elevator usage; with only two elevators, the waits could be long. Other than that, great place all around!!!

Someone came into my room, replaced my towels, made my bed but supposedly my room wasn’t to be serviced. Manager said it might be it was an “add on” but front desk staff told me they always do towels on third day. My daughter had her pillow there with pink tie dye pottery barn pillowcase. They took off her pillowcase and replaced with a white one! I let them know immediately but they said it was a mistake and probably in laundry. Well they never found it. My bed was obviously made and new towels placed so someone was in my room. Things were also not where I left them telling me possibly someone was looking through my things. I’m completely upset by this and will not stay here again.

The only issue i had is regarding the Vacation Club/the time share they wanted us to purchase. More specifically the sales manager Wes. He was very rude unprofessional, condescending, smug, and arrogant. On the other hand Dean andKyle from there were great. They could've sold me 1 million pounds of sand on a beach. But the sales manager Wes was horrendous. Please address this with him.

Amazing breakfast, very clean room, and great location. Recommend Dough Brothers right next to the property.

Im Definitely coming back to this hotel

This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at! I can’t think of one bad thing about this place. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The beach view was stunning. We were surprised to see the amazing fireworks launched from the water. The beds were the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in! The small restaurant is managed very well. I’m hoping to stay there when we come back for annual volleyball competitions!

The staff were generally helpful but after a several day stay, the moment it just 11 am they started knocking on the door to push us out while the hotel was nearly empty. The restaurant was nice, overlooking the beach but they don't serve food or drinks to your beach chair. Not a big deal but would've been a good touch. Parking was convenient.

The location was great. It’s on the busier side of the boardwalk, so it gets a little loud at night. Our room was okay. We saw what looked like a roach our last night there. Beach was great.

I visited Virginia Beach and stayed at Hampton Inn Oceanfront for the first time this July 4th. Had a wonderful stay here. Will definitely be going back! Thanks to the staff for being so awesome!

Good experience

We appreciated the courteous service. When we arrived, the refrigerator was not working. The engineer came to our room and gave us a new fridge promptly. The rooms were clean, and the view to the ocean was gorgeous. We are coming back to your hotel next year to watch the fireworks from the hotel balcony. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Great hotel! Amazing view of the fireworks! Definitely will be returning!!

Not bad at all. Breakfast could be a little bit better. The staff were very friendly. They greeted us from beginning till the end. Parking was a little crowded. We had a little bit of an incident or someone swiped our car although the staff quickly to say that is not their responsibility, but later was able to help us resolve it, sort of. There were ice machine on almost every level and there is washer dryer on the seventh floor. The downside is that there is only two elevators so it could get congested. Shower was recently renovated. Room kinda lack a lot of lights need more light. The new AC was installed so it’s very good. The balcony sliding glass door lock need to be fixed. Beds were very comfortable and probably new.

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. My teen girls and I LOVED the cucumber infused water in the lobby! It helped up stay hydrated on the way out to and from the beach. Rooms were simple but clean. Breakfast was good. Balcony and view were awesome!
