Excellent! Open early is great. We have stayed there many times and it was the first time I had to pay for parking. We would also like to talk to the front desk when we book next time. I don’t like going through agents. You also didn’t accept AARP this time. That’s a first. We will stay there again.

Some staff not good on customer service. The manager needs more training in how to people for he shows little respect

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location was great, our balcony overlooked the boardwalk and the beach. Great sunrise views. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide assortment to choose from. My personal favorite was the fresh waffle station with loads of topping options. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Virginia Beach. The hotel is pet friendly.

No trash picking. People leaving trash on hallways. Very bad practice for such a good hotel I have been given preference over other hotels nearby for last 3-4 decades

Location, great staff, breakfast included. Great ocean view. Blue Angels flew over the hotel multiple times "Awesome"....... Parking fee, pet fee, local city, state and other hotel fees. Roads in and out. Homeless people camping on the public benches and beach begging for money at every turn.

Hot breakfast was good. While the hot breakfast was good, having almost the exact same options every day got a bit repetitive after a few days.

Breakfast, cleanliness Check in was a nightmare, our room was not ready at 4:35. I finally had to ask to see a manager. The desk clerk told the manager, in the room behind her, we would like to speak to him. Amazingly our room was suddenly ready. Others were given rooms that were ready even though different than originally assigned room. Would not do that for us because we booked through a third party.

Good location. Nice, quiet and clean property. Very nice and welcoming staff/ receptionists. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was nice and hot with a strong water pressure. Had an amazing view from the balcony and was right across from the stage at the Virginia Beach Funk Fest. Breakfast was very good. Food was fresh and plentiful and the dining & bar area was nice and clean.

Slightly outdated hotel.

The property was clean, the staff helpful. The outside of the building could use a refresh, but our stay was comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Breakfast wasn't too great, have to pay for PARKING when I'm booked at the hotel is CRAZY !!!!!!!!!!!!!never again

We enjoyed our stay. The showers were great. The breakfast was excellent. The toiletries were great. He beds comfortable with good bed clothes.

All the people were great.

The only complaint is the washing machine was not functioning properly. The clothes didn't go through rinse cycle properly and it took 5 plus hrs for clothes to dry.

The room view is great! Breakfast is very good! Have to pay for parking ..this should be included in the stay. The parking is also not cheap and if you arrive late goodluck finding a space.

Excellent service!

The access to the beach and boardwalk is very good. The pizza is good in the restaurant. The room was good and clean. The staff is extremely accommodating. Must try the Neptune restaurant across the street from the hotel.

Good location and liked the boardwalk and beach area. Friendly helpful staff. Had trouble with room door and balcony door being too hard to open/close. Elec outlet for coffeemaker didn’t work as well as elec outlet at nightstand lamp. Had to plug in coffeemaker & charge phones on desk lamp outlet. Microwave was too low for elderly folks to use. Disappointed with hot breakfast (no bacon, pork sausage or sausage/gravybiscuits) and most hot eggs had cheese which some folks cannot eat. Mattress was hard & not the usual pillow top mattress as other Hampton Inns.

Superb
