The pool was nice along with the hot tub. Drinks at the sky top bar along with the food were over priced and not good for the price they asked but service was good. Hotel was very confusing for parking and figuring that out. The elevator was always busy that your standing there waiting forever. You’re just another number there. They charge you all these fees that aren’t disclosed to you when booking the room. The room i had the phone didn’t work as well as a light. You couldn’t close the curtains all the way and whenever I tried to talk to someone at the front desk they always had an attitude and didn’t wanna hear it. The experience of staying here definitely ruined my vacation. I spent over a thousand dollars for three nights and still got charged 400 dollars before I even got checked in. They told me I should’ve called and they would’ve disclosed about the fees. I asked for a manager and they wouldn’t let me speak to one. Will never come back here

Really nice hotel, I would stay again

Elevator lag was not good, but everything else was spot on, good stay.

The property and amenities was great. However the daily parking fee sucked, if I'm your guest and paid a pretty penny to stay with you why change additional for parking. The concierge didn't prioritize your stay with possible discounts and excursions they prioritized their timeshare and bribe you with free gifts that takes away from your vacation time over 3 hours or more.

Room was filthy, and certain front desk clerks were not very helpful and dismissive. Elevator was broken. I was there for four nights and housekeeping only came once. The night I arrived, the room had not been cleaned( pictures below are from me on my hands and knees cleaning the floor with Clorox wipes)dirt everywhere hair in the shower and all over the floor.Unfortunately everything was sold out or I would have lodged elsewhere. Assistant manager was helpful on day three, her staff not so much.

Very good and clean choice for a quick weekend getaway. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. Catch 31 had good food and service. On a busy weekend the elevator wait can be pretty long.

The hotel was in a great location on the boardwalk; very accessible to the beach. Property was very clean, and staff were great. The hotel restaurant was a nice but a bit pricey. We enjoyed the indoor pools and jacuzzi as well. House cleaning was superb and on time. The TV screen built into the bathroom mirror was surprising and interesting. Didn't know what to make out of it. Overall, a good hotel and I'd visit it again.

The bed was very uncomfortable, to the point I barely slept; and my body was sore the next morning. Hotel guests were loud and noisy. This Hilton stay did not meet the standard, I’m used to. As a result of such a disappointing stay, I checked out a day before I was due to leave.

Try to book and plan your trip a head of time so you can get a good deal.
