Amazing

The room smelled for the first two days and they did nothing to fix it. We called the front desk and they said “sorry” and never sent anyone to help. The shower leaked pretty bad. No room service for two days. The Skybar was nice but the drinks were very expensive for what you paid for. Overall it was just okay. If I were to come back to Virgina Beach I would pick a different hotel.

Location is amazing. The restaurant staff was not friendly at all.

Room was clean and comfortable. But the phone did not work and the shower doors were falling off the track. Lots of old caulking was breaking off. But what upset me most was: the morning we were leaving, at 8:10am I tried to call the front desk for a bellman for our luggage. That’s when I found out our phone didn’t work. Called on the hall phone. Was told the bellmaen don’t come in til 9am and she will send them then. We were ready to get on the road. I am 74 and my disabled husband is 79. We needed help. She said she would find someone. Nobody ever came. I let them know how unhappy I was with the experience. They told me yo have a nice day. Will never stay there again. Not what I expected from Hilton.

I wrote a review on google already and I would never stay at this trashy, poorly run hotel again.

The view was great. I believe it's time for new beds.

The cabinet with the refrigerator. The door was very loose and could not close. It needs a magnet to close the door back where the refrigerator is located.

The location was amazing. This was a couple getaway and my husband I got a beach front room and it was so nice! Very clean and although the room wasn’t as spacious as some of the ocean front rooms we have stayed it, it still was very nice. We came around the Labor Day weekend. VA beach hosted an entire festival with free live music. Lots to see and do! The beach at nice was lively until a certain time (about 11pm) which is nice when you want to be able to enjoy the night air without so much noise. The beach was well kept and clean. The area was perfect for dinning and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was paying for parking was a bit expensive. $25 per pay or $30 for vale parking. We opted for the vale parking since it seemed like a hassle having to get the car out of the garage when it was a whole other building away. The onsite restaurant was nice for drinks, but for dining options, very limited on seafood, which is fine but not my cup of tea. The pool was lovely! The views amazing from the roof top. Overall would recommend!!

Catch 31 was a disaster. My wife and I both ordered steaks for dinner - medium rare. They came out well done, then when we asked for a re-fire, they tried explaining that this was their “standard” for a medium rare. They tried again and my wife’s came out better, she accepted her steak. Mine came out Medium Well again, so again I had to send it back and move on to having the brick chicken.

If you want to be able to sleep at night , especially on the weekend, then make sure you don’t get a high floor. There’s a rooftop bar and they get a DJ on the weekend that doesn’t stop until 2am. They don’t tell you this online before you book. I was on the 19th floor and it sounded and felt like I was right next to the DJ. I moved rooms after asking the front desk so that’s a plus and why the review isn’t lower. Also the bathroom was dirty and wallpaper peeling off. Location was great and food was good.

N/A Didn't like paying for parking, & in light of the hotel being more expensive. Had to lug bags from the parking garage across the street as the hotel entrance was blocked with cars.
