Very good

Staff is fantastic and location could not be better. We enjoyed dinner at Catch 31, excellent. We loved the fire pits outside and rocking chairs. Perfect set up for a beach trip!

The bathroom was cool. Everything was nice and neat There were a couple little things that look un attended to. A couple things to be fixed but small things nothing big other than that well kept.

Location I made a mistake by booking through Third party and asked help for changing this and was told they couldn’t help me. I’m a Gold card and I thought this was terrible.

Location was great. Room was clean. View was beautiful. People were friendly. Parking deck a little confusing.

The Hilton on Virginia Beach offers the kind of amenities and service you would expect from a premium hotel. The only disappointment this time was their premium restaurant has closed. Nevertheless, from the rooftop pool and bar to the valet service everything is as it should be. Bathrooms are maybe starting to look a little dated when compared to newer hotels ... but the water is hot at all times and that more than compensates.

Close to the ocean, good restaurants, nice ambiance and close parking Valet parking only has 3 people working during a festival and it took - minimum of 2 hours to get my car out of valet

The rooms are large I like very much

We loved it and cannot wait to return. We do wish the pool were open a little later, but other than that tho hotel met our entire family’s expectations

Our room was very clean . The staff was very efficient with replacing towels quickly and attending to our room. The beach view was perfect with no obstruction. Our only complaint is that the valet service put a dent in our car. We left , stopped in Newport News for breakfast, and noticed the damage.

this hotel never disappoints

Very clean and centrally located on the beach. My biggest complaint is the chaotic check in with parking. The alcove lane for check in can be very congested and disorganized and more so if you wish not to use valet parking,

The hotel was great. The view was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use any amenities due to our schedule. We enjoyed our stay.
