Amazing beach !! Hilton was beautiful 😍

Looked like black mole on the bathroom ceiling along with the bathroom having a bad smell. Notified the front desk and no one never contacted us. The worst smell ever.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn at Virginia Beach. The property was beautiful and the room was spacious. We enjoyed that there was an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. The elevators were surprisingly fast! It was a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The nearby parking was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Starts off with the tiniest circle to pull your car up in. It was backed up into the street. The elevator doors will literally close on you. The water pressure is horrible in the shower. About threw my back out trying to open the door to the balcony everytime. Smelled of cigs and weed each time the air came on, the air also sounding like our trash collection truck that comes to our house each week.

Great beach property with beautiful ocean views! Landscape impeccably maintained on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Rooms, modern and clean. Pool could be better, but restaurants very good.

Nice hotel , great staff. But everything takes triple time, not organized. Check in 40 min + with a line. I expected better .

My room was cleaned daily and the beachview Pool was too cold

The parking for this hotel is not included. & If you’re not using valet parking, please note that their parking garage is across the street, approximately 10mins walk. If you don’t mind walking then it’s fine. But i think the hotel should have noted that parking is not within the building. Building is dated. Needs improvement. We had the Two Queen beds room and for me, it feels cramped. I always liked the rooms with a big area when you walk in it. It’s like the foot traffic is better. The unloading and loading of your stuffs will be a breeze. Specially if yoi have a beach cart. Even for small families. I felt the room is small. The service of the staffs, can be better. But yet normal hospitable, not surpassing. Over all? If you’re just within the area, or an easy drive like 6-7hrs.. then this place is alright. The beach is just okay. (It’s so hard when you have been to really serene, white powdery sands, emerald beach waters) It’s just the prices of hotels here in Ocean City compared to hotels located in really beautiful beaches in FL is insane. If you have more time to drive to Gulf areas of FL. Better go there and have the same prices of hotels there. If you book early, you can really get a good oceanfront hotel with the same price of hotels here. And enjoy five star service and pristine quiet beaches. Again, going back about this hotel.. It’s fine. We enjoyed because we were traveling with family friends with their kids as well.

Nice location. Staff are super nice and helpful.

Great location and view. Room size was good. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Great exterior seating on the patio facing the boardwalk. Loved the rocking chairs. First day of arrival (6/18/26): We waited in the hallway 20 mins approx. with luggage for Eddie, maintenance man to arrive and grant us entry to our room due to room lock malfunction. (Mr. Eddie was very friendly.) Same day, had to request a new frig because it was not working. Mr. Eddie changed it out with another frig that did get cold. Same day, Mr. Eddie also had to tighten our wobbly toilet. Same day, I had to request additional sets of towels. If there are 4 lodging, there should be 4 washcloths, 4 hand towels, and 4 towels unprompted. I had to requests every day. Same day, the slider to the terrace was very hard to push open. The chairs on the terrace are not comfortable, and the round table is not a good fit for such a small terrace. 6/19/26 the elevator was broken. We had to climb 7 flights of stairs. That affected our activity for a few hours that day. 6/20/26 Indoor pool full of debris. The pool looked dirty. 6/21/26 there were two different customers with 2 service dogs. The guest seated to the left had a dog laying in the floor. I literally stopped my husband from stepping in the dog whose brown coat matched the flooring. The guest on the right side had a dog blocking the path on the right side. It was like a maze that day due to the entry way to the breakfast area being baracaded by dogs. Staff should be trained on where and how to properly seat them. You need more seating in the bedrooms, and more pillows on the beds. The lobby furniture (couches) need updating. The restroom in the lobby (women) smelled like urine. The men's rested had vomit in the sink. You need more luggage carts to accomodate guests. Staff cleaning rooms should not be tying up guest elevators. Is that the reason they were broken? Don't they have service elevators??? Valet parking is $30/day. Tips are voluntary not mandatory. Why is valet staff asking for tips?

The room and facilities The wait time for the Valet was too long

Great location, nice restaurant attached (Lager Heads) friendly courteous staff (special thanks to Reece), live music, just an all-around pleasant experience No dedicated parking for customers - Self Park at cost , Valet at 5$ more per but self park at the mercy of availability after having to contend with everyday beachgoers who were not guests - No one should have to fight through non-guests to find a spot that costs per day — Elevators were down for too long, and even upon restoration they sounded like they should be out of service - Too many animals - just way too many and in common areas where food might be enjoyed
-
Beautiful location and amazing staff !!!! The general manager Daniel made the stay even better ! We love it there ❤️ Nothing

Amazing! Great hotel, great service! Nada

Rooms and common areas are always clean. There is a great patio on the 3rd floor with glass panels to relax on a chase and enjoy the view of the beach on really hot days. Breakfast is really good with the ability to personalize it from the grill and at a good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
