Cleaning staff didn't clean our room. There was hair on the bathroom floor, burnt coffee in the bottom of the coffee maker, food debris on the pots and pans, and the floor was turning our socks brown.

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The biggest issue was the way we were treated by the hotel staff. Rather than feeling welcomed and respected as guests, we repeatedly felt inconvenienced and uncomfortable by the way staff interacted with us. The room itself also did not meet our expectations. For the price and what was advertised, we expected a much better standard of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality. The condition of the room simply did not live up to what we were expecting from this hotel. What was especially frustrating was the repeated knocking on our door throughout our stay. Staff would knock without seemingly knowing whether the room was occupied or vacant, which was incredibly intrusive and made us feel like our privacy was not being respected. Being a guest should come with a reasonable expectation of privacy and not having staff repeatedly disturbing you at your door. Overall, the combination of the poor treatment from staff, the room not meeting expectations, and the lack of consideration for our privacy made this an unpleasant stay. We expected much more and would not return based on this experience.

We arrived at 345 and were told our room was ready. We went to our room and they had just started to clean it. We got in around 5 o clock and ended up missing our dinner reservation. The front desk staff was attempted to be helpful and polite but they were unable to really help us at all. In the future we will more then likely book elsewhere especially for the price we paid. There is better value along the beach.

Check in at 4. Room wasn’t ready until 5:30 AFTER complaint and conversation with manager on site. Pre parking was chaotic and cluttered, very unsafe and the potential for vehicle damage probable. I was very unhappy as a first stay first impression. Staff seemed unfazed by customer inconvenience. The manager was polite and did address my concerns however a great stay means never having to complain. It would be last option to ever stay again and I would admonish others to be careful and to call ahead to ensure the property is prepared to receive them, also doleful. The 4 pm check in was another issue. It seems the charging more for less is becoming the cost of doing business these days. As a business owner of 51 employees myself I refuse to become that kind of service provider. Overall uneventful stay. Clean property and convenient beach access were the pluses but that shouldn’t be the pro/con trade off.

Very clean and hospitable. So close to the beach and plenty of restaurants so you don’t have to drive anywhere. Loved our stay!

Everything was excellent

La proximité avec la plage était le principal avantage. Les piscines étaient propres. Seul inconvénient, je m'attendais à avoir un balcon vu que certaines photos expédia laissaient l'impression qu'il y en avait un. Les espaces extérieurs n'étaient pas trop achalandés, donc on pouvait être facilement à l'extérieur. J'y retournerais sans problème.

By phone when we requested an early check-in, we were told to simply check in at the front desk when we arrived & they would prioritize our check-in and we could start using the amenities. We arrived at 1:00 & promptly did as we had been instructed & were told it wouldn't be long. We received a text from the hotel letting us know we would be texted when it was ready. We enjoyed some time at the beach and then the pool, checking with the front desk at both 3:00 and 4:00 (check in time) & being told our room wasn't ready yet! The parking garage only had (1) working elevator & the top roof floor had the only available 2 spaces. There were (2) other guests complaining by this point at the front desk that there was NO parking remaining. So, we also couldn't leave the parking lot or there would be nowhere to park upon returning. So, we walked. I texted at 5:30, room still wasn't ready so we couldn't shower to be able to make our reservations for dinner. We came back to front desk at 7:00 & it wasn't ready. We weren't checked in until after 8:00pm & then were given the wrong room (not ocean front) with no explanation. Upon calling the front desk they told us we could take it or leave it basically. We didn't receive the pull out couch blankets until well after 9:00, after calling down twice and going to the front desk where we were told they don't keep those there.

They checked me in 2 HOURS LATER, and they did not notify me that the room was ready, I had to ask for it! I had somewhere to be and because of the delayed I couldn’t make it, they did not offered me any courtesy compensation, I did not have hot water I had to shower with cold water. Horrible experience

I also had an issue with my parking key. On Saturday, a female employee working in the back office told me she would send someone to help me, but no one ever came. The front desk service was generally slow. The only positive experience I had was on Saturday morning with a young man at the front desk. He was polite, professional, and genuinely concerned about resolving my issues and with my parking key. When I checked out, there was no one at the front desk. I had to call the hotel’s main line to let them know that five guests were waiting for assistance. A woman who had been sitting in the back office finally came out and asked, “Is the key basket out here?” I also had a question, but her attitude came across as rude. I believe she may have been a manager. The employee came out and assisted us with no problems. Overall, the customer service was inconsistent, and I expected a much better experience.

Our room was spacious and fairly clean but could have been better. There was a broken shampoo bottle and instead of fixing it, they just put another shampoo bottle on the tub. There was also hair from a previous guest on one of the towels and on the shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower. The door to our bedroom was really hard to open and close as well as the balcony door. The pocket bathroom door shut but didn’t lock. The sleeper sofa came with a bag of sheets which when I opened it, was gross. The “mattress pad” was crispy and looked like it got eaten in the dryer and it had holes all throughout it. The mattress to the sofa also had holes in it. The “fitted sheet” on both the sleeper sofa and bedroom beds was not even a fitted sheet. It was just a sheet tucked into the bed. The phone charger the room came with killed my phone overnight and I had to charge it when I woke up with my own charger. The pools were nice and the availability of towels was great! Hotel staff definitely could have been friendlier. When I called down about the mattress protector, they said they would send up a new one and then no one came. She acted super annoyed with me and even hung up without saying anything else. I was trying to get my kids to bed and eventually had to go all the way downstairs to ask them again. Overall, this place is NOT worth the money. We had a good time on our trip but it wasn’t because of the experience at the hotel. It’s sad how much Hilton has declined in Vbeach.

Way over priced for what you get. The room was small and there was sand on the floor when we checked in. The furniture was very old and worn and the metal parts were rusted. They definitely need to replace them. For almost $600 a night I expected much more.

Beautiful property. Hotel was well kept. Staff were friendly and even provided flowers for the Mother's for Mother's Day. Room was very clean and offered a kitchenette with plates, cups, and silverware. Beautiful view of the beach from my window. Parking was about a block away. I did not use the pools or other amenities as this was just a one night stay. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The space was okay but not neccesary for me. I had paid for SEA VIEW and they said that that's all they could offer me since I went through a different booking source. I even paid for specific SEA view. I have always liked booking through here, but this was very disappointing to the point of extreme disappointment. My vacation stay was not what was had planned. This was a terrible experience.

Steps from the beach. Easy access to parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything. Very well kept for a beach resort with lots of sand and guests. Room was older but clean and had everything you needed. Staff was super responsive when we made requests for more towels etc. We would definitely stay here again.
