I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel completely ran out of bath towels because they only received half of their linen delivery. My family and I had to dry off with beach towels after showering, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. While the front desk did credit my valet parking, I don’t believe that adequately addressed the inconvenience. At a minimum, I feel a 50% refund or a complimentary future stay would have been a more appropriate resolution. I have always expected better from Hilton and hope they will make this right.

Check-in was at 4 we arrived at 10 and were told the room would be available at 3, understandable, but we didn’t receive the room until 8:46 even when we kept contacting to see if it was available, once we finally got the room we where told that the room “was checked in at 3” when we got the room the bathtub had hairs. we called in for towels never and never received..

Clean Room

Clean room, staff was great and the outdoor and indoor pool were wonderful

Hotel was really run-down. I am not sure housekeeping actually does any cleaning. My room and bathroom floors especially, were full of sand. I found toys underneath the AC unit, from previous guests, so the floor was never cleaned between guests. The countertop in the kitchen area had gross brown crusty stuff smeared all over. Not once during my weeklong stay did housekeeping come clean our room or give us fresh linens. My room had the terrible smell of fresh paint. The bathroom door appeared to have water damage and was swollen/bubbled up and wouldn't close completely. We had a sign hanging on our door for a local competition and someone stole it off our door. The front desk did nothing to help us figure it out, even when I asked if maybe housekeeping took it down by accident. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude, I left an article of clothing at the pool and asked if someone had turned it in and her response to me was to look online. Not friendly, not helpful and should definitely not be working in hospitality.

Dont expect a 5 star out of this place. 3 star max. No breakfast, no coffee other than the two they give you for the whole week. In the 7 days they only serviced the room once. all the vending steals money and doesn't dispense. Never received the servises requested. I Will not recommend this place.

We splurged for the bi-level room. The set up was great as there was a downstairs with living space and full kitchen. Upstairs had two bedrooms each with a king bed and two bathrooms. So the room layout was perfect for my four person family. But, upon arrival, we were delayed from check in by 2.5 hours, woke up after our first night to find two of the four AC units leaking. And one downstairs may not even work; it was hard to tell. We needed to use two bath towels to sop up the water and got no replacement towels even though the concierge said they would be sent up. They came a day later after requesting them again. The one shower had two waterfall shower heads and two sets of side nozzles that didn’t work properly so we only used the waterfall ones. The shower was leaking into the bedroom. The walls had stains and bubbling paint. The carpet around that adjoining wall was all wet. Then there were little things that weren’t there and if they were would have made the stay a little better: adding towel bars for the hand towels, adding instructions for how to use the unlabeled buttons for the shades in the living space.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Traffic jam loading and unloading car. A little maintence/upkeep needed. Large flower pots around outside pools all empty. Would be so pretty with flowers or greenery! The waterfall by the pool (outside portion) not working.Pools were clean Great location! Great family orientated resort! All in all, a nice resort and we will be back!

The property location is great. Parking is great. The pool is more for kids. It goes up to 3.6 ft deep. Not too great for adults to dip. The Queen suite bed was very uncomfortable and small. I really believe it was a full size bed in the bedroom. The sofa bed was a queen.

Pools were dirty, room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check in time.

Had a wonderful vacation here! My family and I really enjoyed this hotel!

Terrible experiences with bad room staff members and no better food to eat.

The HVAC units were so loud that we were not able to sleep well.

Hotel was real clean and the staff was very helpful. the tv had a issue the first day but maintenance came within minutes of me calling to fix the issue.

didn't like anything at this property. do not stay here. Roaches, air conditioning units making noises like it's barely hanging on..Squeaky doors. and staff not helpful at all

Great spot, great staff. Tortugas tiki bar is connected to the property which makes it easy to grab drinks and snacks, but maybe take a walk a few blocks down when it’s time for a “big dinner”. Room was clean as were all amenities. This hotel is very family friendly, but it wasn’t obnoxious. It’s easy to spread out with the different pools. If you want a more relaxing vibe, the Oceanaire club is right next door with adults only pool and hot tub. Hotel is steps off the beach and in a great spot on the boardwalk. I’ll book here every time we come down.

I would say the grounds are beautiful the pools, the landscaping, the views priceless but I will say that when we checked into our room, the bathroom smelled like somebody had just smoked marijuana in there and it didn’t look like it was really cleaned well the floors and everything. Our bed was hard as a rock and not firm. It was like there were no springs left. We love the view and we will be coming back next year just next-door to the newer Hilton, but it’s just a beautiful vacation spot. I just hope that it’s (cleaner) next year lol the room.
