The hotel was clean and the amenities were great although it was really packed but it was a holiday so that’s to be expected. The time share people in the lobby were a little annoying. I was not aware it was a time share hotel before booking.. I told them Not interested because we were only there briefly and I wanted to enjoy my stay. They proceeded to call my room at least 3 more times asking for us to do a tour. I love the hotel and the location… the only thing that irritated me was the time share people repeatedly asking me to do a tour. If I was there more longer maybe I would have considered but once you say no that should be it.. other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Love the pool area with being able to order food and drinks. Could be bigger for the amount of guests. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. And hotel staff was not that accommodating for handicapped guests

Great trip

I paid for a King Suite. They don't have King beds at all. They sent me to the wrong room (someone was already in the room), then they sent me to a queen studio room. On a third trip to the desk they gave me a queen suite because that is all they have. We. I got to the room and there were shoes in the room. Clearly they haven't cleaned thermometer well. I woke and needed to get ready for work and there was no hot water. I will never stay there again, which is sad because I usedtolove it

2- Sound Insulation is so bad u can hear everything around u from the room I couldnt sleep 3- u have to ask for room service its not automatic done daily

Check in was terrible! It was already 4:00 and didn’t have our room ready. They said they will send me a message when it will be ready. My room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM!! They didn’t waive me the resort fees or the parking fees, regardless of the late check in that they gave me.

This was an outstanding stay, from check in to check out.

Wonderful hotel

Very family friendly and several pools to choose from.

The top of the table inside my room was wobbly and I was unable to use it. The property needs better cleaning and better maintenance. The tiki bar outside the mixing drinks were horrible. Overall I will look other place to stay next time.

Disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were missing pieces of molding, light bulbs not installed in the bathroom fixture, and the ceiling paint was coming off in large stripes. The refillable bottles (shampoo, etc) were all empty. Could also hear the guests in the next room quite clearly. Staff was overall friendly, which honestly saved the day.

Our stay was ok. The room was ok, it was a little smaller as expected, it was a city view studio. We asked for fresh towels and washcloths for 2 and they brought us 4 towels in a bag and left them on the floor. It stormed one day and during the storm they closed down the indoor pool.

It was a good experience

My wife and I took my 2 toddlers here for a weekend vacation. Check-in was fairly easy, but the room was not ready when we got there. There are enough things to do near the hotel to kill time. When we got our room, we got an ocean view room and it was a great view and great room, with no issues. Room was clean and had every amenity you needed. When we did interact with the staff, they were friendly. Highlight of this hotel is the multiple pools and proximity to the ocean. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice and the children really enjoyed them. Being that the ocean is literally in the backyard, getting to the ocean was super easy. The only issue with the hotel is that there is no parking on sight. You have to park in a large garage, but it's free and relatively close. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.
