Our suite had so much space for our 4 family stay! Everyone was comfortable. Living room and kitchen were a must. The bathroom was a little outdated in the dbl room, but other than that no complaints. My kids loved all the pools and the direct beach access. Close to restaurants. Great stay

Staff was very nice. Rooms were OK but not the cleanest. It was fine for a few days

I booked this hotel last minute. For over 2,000 for 5 days and 4 nights it was the worst place we stayed at. The hotel room was big but the elevator kept breaking and in our room the kitchen was dirty our shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty and we had no tissue and one roll of toilet paper. Called to have more brought to us and it took all day, we went and bought toilet paper. The pools are tiny and no hot tub. The do have hot tub and pool area but you have to be 21 and older to go in. Our shower had no handle to properly close it and it leaked. They never took trash out so on our floor between everyone there trash pile up in front of elevators. They have a sky deck but you can't use it unless you are an owner. Asking for half a refund for all of that and the get crickets.

Check in was a nightmare, we arrived at @3 and did a pre check in, was told I would get a text when my room was ready. Posted check in is 4:00. I didn’t get a text until 5:30. Then there were no luggage carts to be found and I had to go on a hunt for a cart. Cars were lined up out to the street so we had to park on the side street to unload our car. Other than that the room was clean but bed was hard, staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location on the boardwalk. Downside there was no restaurant or breakfast at the resort. Everything had to be ordered at the Tiki Bar with very long wait times. Over 21 indoor pool was nice although the hot tub was too hot and it was hard to enjoy.

Beautiful property in a great location. Very close to lots of restaurants and stores. The staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful!

The hotel overall is great. Right on the beach side with an amazing balcony view, depending on your room. The bed was great and soft, and the room was clean. The front desk staff were supper helpful, friendly, and answered all the questions I had. Would’ve have the hotel 5 stars but, as with everything in life, nothing is perfect. The outdoor pool is small, like really small. The indoor pool is a nice big size but it’s usually filled with kids, which makes it annoying sometimes, but what can you do about that. The parking sucks; you have to walk down the block and across the street, and the first 3-4 floors of the parking lot is always packed, so you have to go up quite a bit. They give you a QR code, which you only have to scan once when you enter, and the parking gate remembers you for the rest of the trip. Lastly, housekeeping is useless. I had the do not disturb sign and yet, they knocked at 7am and woke me up. I told them to come back the next day, and I guess it offended them because they never showed for the rest of the trip. Overall, it’s a great hotel and the King Suite I stayed in was amazing and huge. I’ll definitely come back and hopefully housekeeping comes around this time.

Room was dirty upon our arrival. My family stayed for days and we did not receive one room cleaning even though we requested it twice! We will never return to this property again.

Great time! Thank you!

It was working properly. When he came in he just hovered his hands over the vents and used some type of laser gun and pointed them to the air vents and left. Nothing else was done. As the night went by we noticed it was still hot in our room. My husband was sweating all through the night. I called the front desk and they said there wasn’t anyone who could come and look at it and we would have to wait until 8am the next day. We left the room to try to get some air some where else. When we came back to the room the repairman was in our bedroom changing out the air compressor. He said it needed to be replaced. So all this dust is all over our bed and we have to wait on our vacation for an air conditioner unit to be repaired. We are paying $400+ for a night, this isn’t like I’m at my house waiting for the repairman. I’m on vacation paying them. The manager stated we would be compensated but never did after I asked for the general managers info.

The hotel was very clean, staff is very friendly, the only thing that bothered me is that I did not have a Oceanfront view I had an ocean view but it was on the side of the building and that was not told to me when I booked my room. But we would come back anyways because that's a nice hotel.

Parking is off site but close and didn’t pose a problem. The only annoying aspect was the elevators were a bit slow and sometimes only one was working. The kitchen in our room needs a few more dishes and a couple of sauce pans would help. Over all I will give it a thumbs up.

Property needs remodeling

The property claimed to be overbooked and I was not notified of this issue until check in. On my actual birthday of all days!!!!

The dining and kitchen areas was good Bathroom and tub was dirty, foreign substance was on the top of the soap dispenser in the shower Housekeeping was called and never came to clean. Towel rack was broken which was explained at check in but was never repaired during our stay. Room was not as advertised on your site was supposed to have a view of the beachfront. Linen had holds

When we returned, we were then locked out of our room. It again took several minutes for staff to arrive. Once maintenance got the door open, he accidentally became locked inside our room for about an hour while trying to fix the lock. Afterward, the door was left propped open for another hour to prevent us from being locked in again, and the entire ordeal wasn’t resolved until around 10:30 p.m. As two young women, this situation made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Having a strange man confined in our room for an extended period, followed by our room being left open with people entering without knocking, left us feeling like we had no privacy or sense of security. We understand that mechanical issues can happen, but the way this situation was handled was disappointing and significantly affected our stay.

Elevators were broken. Room smelled terrible. Ocean view was an alleyway with a massive noisy ac unit running 24/7. No housekeeping. No actual amenities. Broken vending machine. Parking is 2 blocks away.

The facility was very clean. The unit was nice and well maintained. We checked in a little before 4:00 which was nice. The room was supposed to be ocean view but it’s insulting to call it that. To see the ocean you had to go to the side balcony and crane your neck. Misleading at best. Also on check-in, was told cleaning services available upon request. Morning 1, I texted the housekeeping number they provided to ask for someone to take out trash, make the bed, clean towels. Was given an affirmative by Marquita. Hours later came back to the room after 3:00 and texted again to ask ETA. Was told again by Marquita she’d look into it. Returned from dinner after 9:00 pm to a dirty room. Called the front desk who apologized and promised to get us on the cleaning schedule for the next day. Someone came up with towels but no hand soap that we requested. Next day got a call from Briana to ask how the service was. Told her didn’t get any and agreed for service at 2:00. Man came up with towels at 1:15. No service. Briana called at 4:00 to check and still no service. Seems that they don’t have enough staff and lie to guests to hold them off. Never got cleaning for more that $400 per night. Terrible and deceptive . Will never return and am a little soured to Hilton now. I expect a response to say “we will look into it” as that seems to be their standard response with no resolution. Wish I had more than 1500 characters to tell the whole story.

The bar and restaurant don’t have enough staff to serve people There are only 2 elevators for this property which leaves for a very long wait every single time to get to your room or downstairs Had to wait 2 days after requesting multiple times for clean towels For the amount they charge a night it is definitely NOT worth it at all extremely disappointing

Everything was great, especially the location!

The room was dirty and the breaker in the the room kept going off made it so inconvenient we couldn’t charge our phone or batteries, we had to use a breaker in a room to keep fixing it. Very disappointing we should have not had to deal with this.
