More towels at pool. Upgraded furniture and more amenities in room.

Front reception desk was helpful. Hotel cleaning staff seemed like they were working hard. One nasty person providing morning coffees for money and getting upset when you had to seat yourself because no one was around was exhausting. Bad experience because of this staffer. Otherwise - it was fine.

Food in the restaurant within the hotel, curious staff, easy oceanfront and boardwalk access, pool layout Too cold in the rooms....Too small of a bathroom in our room

the bartender my first night it was her birthday she was so darn nice she had a partner that took our food order and she was amazing. the cleaning crew was on point the pool was dirty litter around the pool everything else was on point

Lacation The person at the desk charged me a 250 dollars for a incintals witch i never got back called them after the 3 to 5 business day wait and they told me it could be 30 days or more it was just shady I will not return here next year plus they never made pur bed every day just poorly run

The room size was okay The beds need to be update. It is an upscale hotel and the price for night is above average. During my three nights stayed my room was never cleaned, bathroom supply was checked only at the last night which is fine with me but they need to consider the price been charged.

Will be contacting customer service with photos of my stay. My bed had what looked to be dried up blood stains, and i had hair on my lamp. Please contact me. because the hotel said they could not do anything to compensate me so I will be going through the process with the booking app shortly.

The size of the room The long wait to get checked in. Waited 1.45 hrs after the posted check in time to get a room. Room appeared to have a black mold stain on the ceiling. Phone in the room did not work. Front desk staff did not provide much help when any issue was reported.
