SureStay Hotel by Best Western Virginia Beach Royal Clipper

The location was excellent, very close to the beach and boardwalk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice convenience for our family. The property is a little older and some areas could use updating. However, overall we had a pleasant stay.

I love the staff at this hotel, as well as how close it is to the beach for the value that I pay compared to other properties nearby. The only hotel I consistently stay at in Virginia Beach. My only complaint is there’s hardly any water pressure, especially at the sink. And also the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

The location of the property was awesome! It is walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants and shops along Atlantic Ave. The room was clean and the staff is also very nice and welcoming! The shower is only half-covered so water goes everywhere when showering and the sink had barely any water pressure. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and makes the loudest noises if you make any movements at all.

The shower wasn’t the cleanest and curtains a little dirty but over all it did not disappoint and we loved that it had the complimentary breakfast , pool, close to almost everything and beach, and one free parking pass. Def recommend if you are around and want to stay around the beach also if are on a budget.

the room was not terrible but had a smell of raw potatoes or mildew air work great the staff was friendly overall the motel was a good experience and close to the beach

The cleanliness of the suites needs improvement, as there was an unpleasant odor, and the breakfasts were meager and poor.
