Cutty Sark Efficiencies

we loved cutty sark efficiencies. everything we needed was in the apt from stove to glasses to pots n pans. the staff were awesome. enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach we could see it from our room. great variety of shops within walking distance also. planning next years vacation to virginia beach to stay at cutty sark again. highly reccomend.

Staff was friendly. We were upgraded to an ocean view room. Love that there’s a fridge and stove. Location is perfect, close enough to walk to lots of things but far enough away for some peace when you want. Dunkin across the street was also a great perk! Parking lot was tight for a big truck.

Everything was prepared for me

It was very clean and comfortable close to everything, there is a Dunkin donuts and 2 restaurants right around the corner. Great service but a little deceiving with the ocean view since it wasn't in front of the ocean so I was disappointed on that matter

Front desk staff were amazing and polite. However the rooms were completely unkept. Stains on the bed sheets and shower lining. Also there were multiple roaches and ants in the room.

The area The balcony door wouldnt even open, older white lady was very rude because i asked for more towels and came into my room as if i was lying about not having a floor matt to step on in the bathroom which was reason i asked for more towels then gave my children a mean look, also bathroom had random hair stuck to sink, toilet was dirty under the seat comfortable stay but all the other stuff ruined the experience for me

We stay jere annually as we traverse down south. It's not for people looking for a super modern hotel. It is retro lovely Mom&Pop owned hotel. No elevator. Refreshing pool to cool off after a hot day on the beach. Ocean is steps away, Dunkin donuts a few steps away and a really great Mexican restaurant locally owned around the corner on Pacific. The infamous Pocahontas Pancakr House is a couple blocks away for a very kitchy breakfast experience... very busy. The room can get a bit musty, as is the case dealing with a very humid summer. We love the balcony facing the ocean but not on the ocean.

The value... great location. No amenities.... coffee or filters, no salt and pepper, nothing to get you started in an efficiency.

Loved the proximity to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. I loved that we didn’t have to drive anywhere as everything was within walking distance. The cottage was very, very clean and it fit my family of 6 very nicely.

We always choose to stay here. The price cant be beat the rooms are always clean the staff is so friendly. We love the old school charm the hotel and Cottages have.

Location was perfect. Close to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was too warm. Had air but wasn’t enough to cool the room.

Booking. Com and that hotel is not recommendable for business with...

Location was wonderful. Noise from military aircraft.

Nothing Nothing

great location, reasonable rates, check in staff super friendly, check out help carrying bags. Clean, functional. Updating would make it perfect. Outdated furniture, get rid of poly bedspread, provide coffee.

Excellent staff.

I have been going there for several years. Always an enjoyable stay. I recommend to anyone. Location is awesome across the street from the beach and a nice view of the beach from my room. Also it's an efficiency with everything you would need. I can cook there! There's even a pool behind the efficiency. . Free parking

Clean and quiet

Our family has stayed in T1 for 4-5 years in a row. We can't find anything similar. We spend most of our time on the front screened porch. It has 2 rocking chairs to enjoy the ocean beach view and a large picnic table with a chandelier for all meals. There's a table inside too but we enjoy the outdoors with the ocean view. This year we noticed the flood light constantly on from the building next door. It shines through the main bedroom all night/week.It's still one of my family's all time favorite vacation memory spots.
