Hyatt Place Virginia Beach / Oceanfront

Exceptional

Clean and helpful staff. Good breakfast

A1

The workers very helpful The evening meals you could order there

Clean room, excellent staff and delicious breakfast. Being 30 seconds from the beach is a huge plus as well.

This alone will keep us from coming back.

Our room and view was amazing! We were able to watch the sunrise every morning over the ocean from our patio. Then we had a family of dolphins playing right in front of us every morning as well. The staff was so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about the valet parking crew. They were kind and always prompt with getting our car. Oh and the breakfast was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here! I know whenever we go to visit our son and his family this is where we will be staying from now on! Plus there are plenty of restaurants and shopping all with in walking distance!

We loved everything about Hyatt Place Oceanfront! LOVED IT! There was a mistake when we first arrived but the hotel rectified it on our end quickly.

The Room, the balcony oceanfront, the location. The breakfast, it was good but the same food everyday day, limit, not options to choose, very simple.

Very accommodating and perfect spot on the boardwalk.

After a really terrible experience at a different property we made our way here and we're very impressed and very happy with our choice! This property was almost double what we paid for the other one but I'm not complaining! It had comfortable clean beds! The views were amazing quick walk to pretty much any restaurant type you would want we saw dolphins from our balcony!

The power went out more than twenty times, and I was unable to get my work done; I regret paying this amount for such poor service—especially at the reception.

Frequent power outage from 9pm -12am, not even a basic finctional unit.

I enjoyed the breakfast, staff, beach view, and clean room.

Excellent place to stay. Clean room, helpful and friendly staff.

Great location and grounds were neat and clean. Rooms are clean and very serviceable. Definitely would recommend to others and stay again

Neat Children making noise

The comfortability of the beds, cleanliness the welcoming and nice staff That the bathroom didn’t have a fan and I had to get valet parking even though I didn’t want the valet parking.
