Comfort Suites Waco North - Near University Area

Great staff super friendly feels like your staying in a home rather than a hotel. Extra cool A/C and best location right by HEB and Sams Club

Clean sheets and bathroom, breakfast was good The room itself smelled a bit moldy whenever we went in

Good

Superb

The property was nice and clean, staff very friendly and price was great. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because it's not very well ventilated and was like a sauna more than enjoyable pool.

good breskfast

Very nice property and safe and comfortable. Great Location close to everything needed, Staff was really helpful and friendly. Attractions and things to do in every direction, Would stay here again if in the area.

Great customer service…they need more manager was absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate her so much ..she has made my stay well..I thank her so much ✍️ Clean

When I first got there people were smoking right in front of the door. AC linked water onto the carpet. Room was not clean asked for extra blankets they were more like shower curtain. Breakfasts was horrible will never stay there again.

Terrible!! Room was dirty and smelled, had to be moved into another room and bugs were everywhere! Never again!!

The room was fine, but the lobby of the hotel had such a strong smell of perfume that I got a headache every time I had to walk through it.

Thank you

Exceptional

The beds were great. The bathtub had stains inside of it ? The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, odd. The breakfast wasn't great. We went to have fast food.

I chose this hotel because it had great reviews. I'm not sure who's giving them! It was in a sketchy location and I was not confident in my safety there. My room, which was the 3rd room I was assigned, had a door that looked like it had been broken into and was incredibly dusty. It also looked like paint had been just thrown over problem areas in the walls instead of actually making repairs. The bathtubs were yucky with mold in the caulking. The staff was very nice, but I would not stay here again. It was a low price, but all of the hotels I looked at were the same price point and they were all chains I am familiar with.

Great stay. Rooms were clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Poor

Our room did not have ANY cold running water. The water was scalding hot. I reported it 3 times. Still no cold water. The TV remote did not work. We had some ants.

The room was clean, staff was pleasant and breakfast was decent. We were on the 1st floor, and were advised to park on the side of the building as there was a door leading to the hallway where our room was; however, the door would not unlock for anyone using their room key, so that defeated the purpose of parking on the side. This was our biggest issue of our stay. It was quiet & peaceful for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfortable. The only other issue we had was that they didn’t provide additional bedding for the pullout couch. Our boys had to use throw pillows as their pillows to sleep.
