Love the location and pool, but the pool had brown moldy rim around pool very dirty. Elevator was broken only one elevator pillow cases were not changed. Night staff was not very hospitable.

Only one elevator works so long wait times. Door locked when we went to breakfast and wouldn’t let us back in. Manager had to use some machine to finally get the door open.

The room was spacious, clean and out did my expectations!! Staff was wonderful

One ice machine, located on 3rd floor, all the way at very end of the corridor!! Breakfast, at best, passable and discontinued Exactly at 9am, no minute or 2 leeway!! All staff associates, especially room cleaning associates, excellent!! Wouldn’t choose again to stay that Comfort Inn!!

It was literally OK. Expected more from the pictures. Breakfast was beyond simple. Bread, eggs, milk, coffee, fruits, and sausage - which I don't eat. Wifi login was such a pain!!! Every day would kick me out and I had to go through a bunch of steps, including watching a video, to be able to reconnect. Like I said, my stay was ok, but I would prefer not to come back.

Everything was great other than the faulty elevators. The one working elevator was super slow and apparently the other one has been out of service for over a year. With a hotel full of people the wait time was ridiculous.

Everything, from the staff to the facilities, to the food was wonderful. We will never stay anywhere except a Comfort Suites again! There was nothing we didnt like

The first night of check in we were checked into a room with no air conditioning and did not get moved until the next day due to overbooking. The room that we were moved to was infested with roaches we ended up checking out earlier than our original date and the staff was very rude about it. The “gym” was not a gym at all nothing in there worked and it was dirty like the rest of the hotel.

Clean, nice facility, breakfast was better than expected. One elevator didn't work and the other was very slow. And the beds were not queen they were full size.
