WoodSpring Suites Waco near University

I only stayed in the room the first night. I lost my money and have gotten NO help! The room had blood all over the refrigerator and floors were not clean. The toilet was broken and due to my medical condition it was not safe for me to stay there!

Do not recommend this hotel. Non-smoking room, smells like stale smoke. The hotel does not offer any "do not disturb" options on room service and will have maintenance enter the room at any given time unannounced, leaving curtains wide open and knocking clothing on the floor. Will never return. Booked the room for 1 week and left days early without any refund being issued.

Non of it The t.v didn't work nor the light over the bed and I paid way over the price the tube was dirty I never complained about anything I went there thinking it was going to be better than motel 6 and got a stunning Big slap in the face

The front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was not very clean. In fact the floors were disgustingly dirty. Overall, I would never stay there again.

I didn't do breakfast but the living situation was comfortable and the staff is very friendly and attentive when speaking to them. I really like the mother and daughter that works there they set the tone for this place. I would definitely use this place again. There was nothing I didn't like this place has everything that you need to be able to live comfortably for a short period of time or extended time.

This place was horribly nasty! Do not recommend!

The smell right when u walked in the building , the room , the bed smelled like shit . Everything was horrible. Will NOT be coming back .

The African American Lady that worked the front desk.. was very very very unprofessional and spoke unprofessional as well.. attitude was not for the workplace at all.. but other then that my stay was good.

I didn't enjoy my stay at all I just had got off work the staff were rude. The hospitality was horrible & the room definitely gave whore room .

Honestly, Im strugfling to find something I like in it. The Fridge was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thats it. Nothing else was good about this place. Wverything smells like cigarettes, from the front entrance to the hallways to the rooms, even outdoors smells like cigarettes. It also has dirty floors, dirty elevator, rooms weren't clean to standarts, I kept finding hair in bed, hair is restroom, walls were mark and dirty, everywhere you look in the room or in the hallways there was evidensed this places has minimun or barely any cleaning.

Stayed on 400s Bed felt it was going to break holding on metal legs there was hair on shower towels. Room smells bad
