WoodSpring Suites Waco near University

Exceptional

Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Very good

Ac didn’t work room was hot!!! Mattress so so old felt like a box spring room had terrible odor worst room I’ve ever stayed in I only booked because the Tesla supercharger where next door had I know this was how room was I would’ve booked elsewhere

Trash left spilling over by elevator. Horrible smell throughout hotel. Room was dirty

Stay away from this place. It is not clean at all, there was a cockroach on the room, bed board was full of dust elevator doesn’t work properly and this place is not a hotel, it is a cheap motel. The whole place smells disgusting. It was a nightmare staying here. No one was on the front desk late/ early check out. Just terrible.

Hallway smelled like weed. Elevator was very slow. 1st room had a heavy smell of mold. Second room was better but still smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. AC worked ok then it would get humid in the room. Staff was pleasant. Found a little steakhouse called Lonestar on 84 that was amazing! We won't stay at the hotel again.

In the restroom there was still clothes from the previous people that stayed … that just goes to tell you that they don’t really look and clean the rooms .. bc the clothes was literally behind the door of the restroom . So it’s like to sweep and mop you have to close the door a little to get behind and there was no way of missing the clothes

Everything, slumming

Nothing Nothing will never book here again. They canceled our room and I never received a canceled email from the hotel or booking. The hotel said they was booked and could not accommodate us. They said they don’t have to notify anyone .

Passable

The elevator needs to be fixed ASAP. Some rooms needs some touch work done inside of them.. job for maintenance

Everything overall was great.... The elevator needs to be fixed ASAP. Some rooms needs some touch work done inside of them.. job for maintenance

Exceptional

I only stayed in the room the first night. I lost my money and have gotten NO help! The room had blood all over the refrigerator and floors were not clean. The toilet was broken and due to my medical condition it was not safe for me to stay there!

Very good
